O’Regan’s Dartmouth Hyundai

Time for an update on my favorite car dealer! Wow… just… wow.
Respectful, courteous, accommodating, the list goes on. Had some car trouble last night and was worried that I wouldn’t even be able to make it to the dealer to get it looked at. Once again, the dilemma of living so close to one dealer who doesn’t know how to treat their customers and wanting to go that extra distance for some love from the O’Regan’s folk. I decided to go for it and gingerly drove my baby across the harbour to have the good people take a look.
It’s Saturday which means limited hours and no shuttle service. I also have no appointment. I’m here bright and early hoping they can at least have a look and give me a diagnosis.
Well…an hour has gone by and they’re calling my name. What’s this? Is he actually giving me back my keys? Surely he’s going to tell me I’ll have to bring it back later in the week.
«All finished.» he says. «You’re good to go.»
Wonder of wonders. I could learn to like this. Who am I kidding. I’m already in love.

Great service, I just walked in off the street and got right in for an oil change without an appointment. Staff were were friendly, keep up the great work!

now here is a genuine truly” honest hyundai dealership” that always have friendly mature courteous helpfull staff a parts department that is always fully stocked (no waiting a week here for a hubcap disc for a 3 year old car like the halifax HYUNDAI dealership) and one who knows what the true meaning of customer service is i would highly recommend this dealership over any others in the hrm keep up the great customer service staff
