Bayside Cabinets

Owner «Tod» was very patient with our changes and continuous questions. We bought our first kitchen from this company over 10 years ago, still is strong design and layout, very high quality.
Our next kitchen we did not heed to the advice from owner «Tod» about unknown/​hidden costs and poor craftsmanship of the seemingly cheaper «Swedish» imports. We opted to save a few hundred dollars up front for the Swedish brand and we ended up paying more. We had to pay to have that kitchen put together from flat packed boxes before being installed. We encountered Broken /​missing parts, running back and forth to store to solve issues ourselves, fix and replace our own issues, boxes not properly glued or stapled, no customizing or design potential. That kitchen lasted 2 years before issues were unbearable.
Thanks to this Bayside Company and especially to «Tod» for their understanding and explaining the true values of their quality and superior product and delivering same in an upfront and clear manner. You get what you pay for, but this translates to a mere few hundred dollars more at this company. Well worth it, and we won’t make the same mistake again.
Our newest kitchen from Bayside installed in one day, the installation was clean and neat. The countertops are so tight and solid in fit and finish. All the little design details and recommendations and the timing details of the contractors was very, very much appreciated.
I sent my neighbor in for a small Bathroom cabinet replacement, he was just as impressed. No job too small for these guys.

Initially, they were very helpful and we ended up with a beautiful kitchen… Almost. Majority of the project completed in March, and we’re STILL waiting for deficiencies to be fixed now (mid-​June). 3 promised appointments where we have had to take time off work have been no-​shows, without even the courtesy of a phone call. Feels like we’re having to do all the following up to find out if our kitchen is ever going to get finished. Has become nothing but excuse after excuse.
