History

Established in 1974.

Crescent Stables Ltd has been in business as a boarding farm and riding school since well before it’s incorporation date of 1974, and has had horses on the farm since the 1950’s. Many of our current riders and horses have been enjoying the environs of Crescent Stables for over two decades. Quite a few staff members have also been at Crescent for one, two or even three decades, giving the farm a real family atmosphere.

Business Owner

Dr. Susan Thompson is an Equine Canada Competition Coach Specialist in Dressage, and coaches to the FEI level. Susan also cross trains the Jumper and Eventing riders, and has mentored over 12 Equine Canada certified coaches. In addition to her coaching, Susan is a full time faculty member at KPU and serves on the board of Horse Council BC.
