I have never had bad food going to Alberts anytime I has a concern they were happy to help and fix it. I wouldn’t say this is a premium place to eat but it is decent. The staff are usually ok though sometimes not very attentive — probably due to not enough staff at times.

I’m not one to do this. But seriously the worst food and service I have ever had. The food was actually inedible. Which is a far cry for me, because I’m not picky and pretty much will eat anything. The potato pancakes weren’t cooked. And the sausages were greasy and not even crispy… the eggs were too runny… the coffee tasted fresh though. That’s all I had here. I even left my plate with everything sitting there and nobody even bothered to say sorry or see why I haven’t touched my food in 20 MINUTES. Oh well. Pay the bill and get out. This place sucks as bad as the mall.
