Had a wonderful sleep! Don’t be fooled by the Motel ish look of the place. The room I had was nicely done up and the bed very comfortable. Really nice sheets, and bed set. When I come back to these parts I will definitely return to this hotel.

The pool looked good. The bed was comfortable. Convenient to the mall. Didn’t have much in the way of amenities. Only a one cup coffee maker so the slightly hot water tastes like coffe when you use it to make tea. None provided and I’m pretty damn sure I’m still in Canada. Ultra mini fridge, no kettle and no microwave. Coffe etc never refilled and on day 3. Can’t recommend it for the price.

We stayed in this hotel during the Edmonton Indy and were reasonably impressed. The room was clean and the bed was fairly comfortable. We were on the second level which meant more stairs when lugging luggage, but it worked out. The bathroom was clean and set up so that one of us could be using the sink while the other was in the shower. The TV was fairly large and had good channels. Remarkably, despite being next to the airport, the room was pretty quiet. We didn’t hear the planes or the indy cars driving around. It’s also handy to be across the street from the Mall, where you can get some cheap eats or do some shopping. The best part of our stay was our room service. We ordered from the lounge and were surprised by the tasty food when we ordered it to our room. The food was hot, large portions, and extremely delicious, even for the slightly higher price. My husband said it was one of the best meals he’s had on the road. The veggie and cheese platter was big and didn’t disappoint. We booked online and didn’t have any issues checking in or checking out. We weren’t able to try the pool/waterslide, but they looked really nice. It’s a bit odd having it right off the lobby though, for those of us who are shy in a bathing suit. Overall, it was a pretty good stay.

This is a decent hotel. The lobby and hallways are very dated but clean. The rooms themselves are simple but very clean and nicely decorated. The heating in the room was a bit loud and you could hear hallway activity a fair bit but for the money paid it was on par with other hotels. The pool looked like fun if you had kids and there was ample parking around the hotel/motel. The on site restaurant is terrible but the 24 hour Tim Horton’s that is attached it is a nice touch. We were warned though they are very slow in the mornings by the front desk. The hotel was good solid wifi in each room… no code required which was nice. The staff were helpful and when we mentioned an issue with the onsite restaurant they were more apologetic than the restaurant had been. One warning to people visiting-this hotel really isn’t near the actual city centre so if you aren’t driving, there isn’t a lot except the mall across the street within walking distance.
