First off I have to mention that I have been missing out all these years by not getting treatments here. I am very regular with my commitment to take care of my body through weekly massages and regular spa treatments. But Ive found a new calling and this is one of my favourite go to treats I can be happy to indulge in.
Online bookings make appointment making quite conveinent and easy. After your first initial appointment its easy to register to make and change appointments. Only downfall I found are typically the appointments are fully booked at least 2 weeks in advance. But that proves how great the staff are at their job.
Located in urban body spa. The rooms are clean comfortable and relaxing. Parking is limited and you must register your licence plate at the front desk or pay for street parking.
I have gone to both Brandy and Danielle. And I can say honestly that both are amazing. They each have their own techniques which give you amazing results. They use a combination of accupuncture, deep tissue massage and cupping. Personally I leave my body in their hands and let them do whatever they feel my body needs. I find I can get an amazing release of pain afterwards. I typically get my legs done– front and back. The creams they use are invigorating. The combination of oils and creams smell great but really penetrate the muscles to help make the treatments even better. They are so great I have even bought some to use at home for great prices.
After the treatments it takes some time to adjust bc the treatments are so intense. But my legs will go from soreness/​achiness to relaxed jelly. Typically I have some bruising after the treatments. But this goes away in a few days and I normally sleep like a log that night.
Prices are average and comparable to other accupuncturists in the city. They dont do direct billing but you can get the treatments partially covered by extended health care plans. Highly recomended.

I had suffered with TMJ and overall jaw pain from clenching/​grinding my teeth for several years. I have tried all sorts of remedies and my doctor suggested Botox as a last result.
I decided to go another route and went to see Brandy for some acupuncture. After being in pain for so long with no relief, I was skeptical.
Amazingly, I saw marked improvement after the first couple of sessions — not only in the pain, but also in the grinding which caused the pain — and after 3 months, the pain was gone altogether.
Brandy is kind and compassionate and, most importantly, she knows her stuff. She takes time before each session to discuss the treatment plan for that day and makes any adjustments as needed.

Danielle is an amazing acupuncturist and massage therapist! I’m not a big fan of needles, but Danielle has a way of making you feel at ease and distract you from the needles. Her bubbly and friendly personality makes acupuncture sessions whiz by and enjoyable. She is incredibly talented at identifying other areas of your body that need treatment and easing any aches and pains you have. The combination of acupuncture and massage therapy she offers is unique and effective.

I started going to Brandy to help me deal with chronic pain and muscle tension due to Lymes disease. She also helped me overcome many of the other symptoms including fatigue, migraine and abdominal pain!
Brandy has allowed me to follow my heart and to be working full time as an athlete, trainer and coach.

I get both massage therapy and acupuncture from here and I love it. Brandi is amazing at acupuncture and has really helped me. I generally get a massage therapy/​acupuncture combo by Danielle which is also really great. I love that I come in for my appointments and Danielle will pre plan what she wants to do on me this week. Overall the clinic has helped me feel better inside and out. I’m sleeping better, digesting better, improvements in many areas! The girls there are amazing. Will continue coming here.
