one of the best coffee shops in the city by far. I like getting a pour over coffee from their selection of fresh ground beans. I’ve only ever been to credo during the day, during the week, so it’s always busy… the wait to get your coffee is minimal considering that everything is made to order(no drip coffee here as far as I can tell). The only real downside is that there isn’t tonnes of space, the tables are small and it’s perpetually busy, but can you really fault a place with great coffee for that? I’m super excited to try the new Credo on 124th street as well!

Hands down. The best coffee shop in town! Highly talented staff, and exceptional blend of coffees and espresso and wonderful café with such a great atmosphere in and around it.(I’m not a tea person but I hear they are awesome too)

I have a weakness for coffee shops, but Credo is truly a standout in Edmonton. Quick and friendly service, quality goods, presto! I adore their lattes and baked goods. It’s too busy to really hunker down and do work in, but it is what it is. I wish this was less well-known so I could spend my whole day taking up a table and not feel guilty. That’s how great the atmosphere is. If you can stay AND you can find a seat, seize the opportunity!

Stopped in for a snack and a drink, and even though it was busy, I was in and out quite quick. Everything was correct and tasted good. All and all a pleasant experience!

Luckily I live downtown and can walk here, if you’re driving then you’ll have to pay for parking, but that’s about the only thing negative I can come up with! Decent baked goods and a cozy atmosphere with ample seating. Skip Tim Horton’s, Starbucks etc and support a true local business serving some of the best coffee in the city.

If I could, I would give this place 4.5 stars. I love popping in here before going to work. Great coffee, great ambience and great service. Not a ton of seating so depending when you go, you may have a difficult time finding a seat. While I wait for my coffee, I often peruse the event cards on the counter to see what is happening in the city. I like that and that they also support other local businesses in the neighborhood. It’s a great addition to 104st and the developing neighborhood.

Love Credo! Especially my daily large latte and muffin. They have the best morning glory muffin in the city!

Quick stop to get in from the cold day. Great cappuccino at just the right temp. Intelligentsia coffee which is a nice treat as I don’t find as many cafes carrying it. Lots of seating although was quite busy for a late afternoon and had to wait a minute to get one. Worth the wait though.

I have a few reasons why I don’t like Credo. #1.) The time the bathroom lock was broken and the whole café saw me peeing on a saturday morning. #2.) The time I found a hair in my hot chocolate. The hot chocolate does leave something to be desired, I find it watery and gross normally but the hair was a bonus. #3.) The time I ordered a hot chocolate and I got a green tea instead… and a lot of sass when I tried to get that fixed. #4.) The time I ordered a london fog and it wasn’t foggy enough. I mean, they forgot the vanilla. So it’s just tea then. Good thing I like plain earl grey.

We has the great idea to try a new place and we really enjoyed our snacks. Great American and London fog. The ginger pear muffin was really good along with the cheddar corn muffin. Well for sure be back.

In house coffee is always amazing; Never burnt, stale or over brewed. The ambiance is pretty much perfect if you’re looking for a classic local coffee house experience. Half of the fun of going to this place is the atmosphere, followed by friendly staff and great coffee. Love visiting here every chance I can get.

What do you want in a latte? Crema? Smooth espresso? Art? Credo consistently delivers; especially when Chelsea(the little dark haired girl) is on the machine. Plus, the morning glory muffins are addicting!

Great coffee shop, great location, great parking. The service is quick and the quality of coffee is awesome. Yes the prices are a bit on the high side but the quality of product is worth it so no complaints here. They also serve lots of product from local, surrounding businesses which is something I think is awesome. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5? Minimal seating. It can be hard to get a group of 3 or 4 and all have a chair. Other than that, thumbs up. Great work, Credo.

Yay, finally had the chance to visit! Friendly staff, nice open environment(the sunshine pours in from the floor to ceiling windows). My cappuccino was deliciously creamy! I recommend the macchiato brownie as well, not too heavy. It seemed to get busy pretty quickly and the only singular seating I noticed were the bar stools at the floor front, which were taken up at the time(I didn’t want to take up a table for 4 as I was by myself). I wish they were open a little bit later as their hours are currently until 6pm, I will definitely be back though!

This place is what actually gets me out of bed and to work in the morning. I go to work because it’s only a block away from Credo. Amazing lattes made with intelligentsia beans, and their muffins are to die for. If someone ever breaks and steals the recipes, you’ll know it was me. The staff are super friendly too! They remember my name, nevermind Starbucks coming up with about a dozen versions of Bonnie.

First and only time there so far, as usual, I ordered their regular drip coffee. It’s usually how I assess the quality of any coffee shop — the idea of back to basics. The coffee, frankly, wasn’t as impressionable as the space itself. My fiancé got their loose leaf ‘citrus ginger’ tea and said it was very good and refreshing. I can definitely see why this is a hip place to be given its location and am willing to give it a few more chances to prove why so many of my friends enjoy this place so much.

Credo is wonderful! The latte is the best, most flavourful and creamy I’ve had. It’s all that I ever order here, really, but it’s perfect enough to warrant a 5-star rating as I imagine any other beverage that shares its coffee base would be just as good! The space is open and light. It gets crowded at times, so plan your visit carefully and don’t necessarily expect to get a spot(either inside or on the patio) during peak hours, which appear to be weekday mornings and during the farmer’s market on 104 Street on summer Saturdays. If you have visitors with you, be sure to show them Credo(and the rest of 104 Street)!

I’ve gone to nearly every great coffee shop in the city. Credo is the best so far, hands down. They serve Intelligentsia coffee, serve pour over drip coffee(never burnt), and the staff are both pleasant and proficient. Oh, they have this Macchiato brownie to die for. And a coffee shop with a patio on 104Street? I’ll come here often during the summer for work breaks.

From the first day I walked into Credo, I have felt completely welcomed and wanted as a customer to this establishment. The owner himself remembered me after the first time I came in and all the staff truly care about their job and about the people who join them on a daily basis for a coffee. The lattes, single cup coffee, granola, iced lattes and muffins are incredible. And I truly love the atmosphere here. It is a «true» coffee shop in every sense of the word… One of the many I’ve been to I hope sticks around for a long long time.

Ok, So the hours are totally wrong. They are only open to 6pm… Argh. Unsatisfactory.
