Dairy Queen

Very neat and clean location, nice staff, they go extra mile to make you happy. Drive thru girl is fast and polite. My fav is my own custom made blizzard — strawberry, brownie, banana and chocolate chunks.

This location is nearby my work which is nice as the closest one used to be the Stony Plain location.
I went through their drive thru to pick up some food for the boy & to also get myself a blizzard. When I was at the speaker, the woman was apparently having a very hard time hearing me, which is understandable so I drove up to the window to converse face to face; I gave her my order, paid and waited. About 5 or so minutes pass & success, I get the food & blizzard.
Stupid me, I should have stopped to check to ensure everything was there but I did not; I’m going to say it was the due to the over excitement of having a blizzard on a hot day… I was delirious! No but really, I should have checked because she ended up messing up the order and not ringing in a few other items I had ordered, so I was short a few things. Oh well, next time if I’m there I’ll have to get them to read the order back to me & make sure to check before I leave the line.
