I had no problems with this location until today when what I assume was the manger took my order. I had asked a question and he talked to me like a child. Later at home eating my burger I’ve come across a hair in my burger. Not a small piece but a full long strand. Last time I ever come to this location.

I have eaten here twice now and both times I found it the same. Over seasoned, super salty and very expensive for what you get. I like that they try to be uniform about everything, but it’s not as consistent as I think they would like. The way they yell fat tip and other fat things seems like a gimmick at best and there are better places to eat for as cheap or cheaper then they offer. I’m happy to a. If franchise co e to a smaller place, but this is not the one to cheerlead others. Mediocre burgers are not acceptable for that price.

This had been my first visit to Fatburger. Ever. So the good first. I got the original fat burger, loaded with all the toppings. Good size burger. All toppings were very fresh. Nice melted cheese. Also got the chili cheese fries. Fries were crispy and the cheese melted. And now the bad. So the burger patty was on the dry side and a little salt and pepper never hurts. Nothing special about this burger really. Go buy yourself some ground beef add your favorite spices and make it yourself. Both cheaper and probably tastier. The fact is fat makes everything taste better but in this case I found it kinda bland. Reminded me of a Harvey’s burger except almost 4 bucks more and no seasoning. The chili on the chili fries is also too salty. But my biggest pet peeve wasn’t even at my table but the table beside me. They brought the customer there some loaded chili cheese fries thing instead of poutine. Customer noted this and waitress just grabbed his fries and left without an apology. 5 minutes later the correct order was brought out. My problem with this is every other place I eat, if they screw up an order they usually comp you their mistake or at least ask if you wanted to keep it on the house and bring out you correct order. My fear in seeing this is that they’re going to throw it under a warmer and wait for the next person that orders it. Turned me off of eating here again. Hope the review helps all. Edited for spelling mistakes.

I’ve been here twice and been slightly disappointed with the burgers each time. They’re ok, but I find the patty to be quite bland and slightly dry. The fries are good, though. The staff at the counter are quite friendly and enthusiastic, although the same can’t be said for the people who bring our your food and take away your basket when you’re finished. I love the 50s diner theme they’re going for with the décor. Based on these points alone I would give Fatburger 3 stars, but the prices are so high for fast food that I have to take it down another notch. $ 27 for two fast food meals?! If you’re in the area or work in the area like I do and are craving a burger, you’re far better off going to Rockin’ Robyn’s diner a couple of blocks away.

This location I came to for my very first experience at Fat Burger. It is run by a husband and wife team who are always upfront on the tills. They are so friendly, welcoming & attentive! I continue to come back to this location not only because its close to my work, but the foods hot & fresh, restaurant is clean, and the staff is amazing! I highly recommend you try it out here.

There’s seems to be something about Fatburger that makes people want to change their religious beliefs and long held traditions. I remember when Fatburger first came to Edmonton people talked about them as if they were the second advent of Christ coming to claim the earth as Their kingdom. They’re good, but not that good. My wife and I have been coming here to the 107th Ave location off and on for over a year now.(Groupon made us do it.) The service is always friendly and the wait times for the food are usually minimal. We’ve never actually dined-in — we’ve always taken the food to go. The food is good but it’s honestly just your average burger and fries. It’s nothing you couldn’t whip up at home with a George Foreman grill and a deep fryer. With the Fat hype and prices to match I was hoping for something a little more swelegant. I got an Oreo Shake to drink last time we were there, which ended up being the highlight of the meal. Just the right amount of chocolaty and creamy. I’ll be back for more milkshakes.

Being not a big meat eater, and with only on occasion I will eat burgers. I say Fatburger has one hell of a delicious burger that I have ever ate. Not being to any Fatburger joint before it was nice not having to think about which burger I had to choose, since we did have a Groupon for two cheeseburgers and two small fries. As it would have taken a longer glance at the menu if we had to choose our burger meal. The décor is modern, clean and refreshing, chilled atmosphere with only a 5 to 10 minute wait for our food to arrive to our table.

Pleasantly surprised by this Fatburger. I think the owners work out front which is commendable that they don’t mind getting dirty and involved in their business. The service is good and for the most part the place is clean. However, I do notice steaks and finger prints on the doors. But nobody is perfect. Got the double burger and a Maui Banana milkshake for my cheat day. Delicious all around. I prefer this franchise unit to the one downtown. Just seems like the owners are more involved in the whole business, I like that!

First time eating at Fat Burger. Had a great couple of burgers with my wife. Both the burgers & fries were made fresh in a very quick amount of time. Great flavour & quality. Staff very friendly & good service. Lots of competition for this kind of food but this is on par with Five Guys & In & Out Burger. A little more expensive than the popular fast food outlets but my take is the quality trumps the price. Will go back when in the burger mood

Having tried Fatburger one other time and with groupon in hand, decided to check out this location. Friday at 6PM the place was hopping with tables full of families and couples who didn’t want to cook and enjoy a Friday night burger. It wouldn’t be a place I would enjoy to sit and stay as it can get noisy and cramped. The groupon was for 2 cheeseburgers and 2 small fries and was purchased for $ 13 with a savings of almost 50% off. We waited patiently in line and checked out the menu. The milkshake selection looked good with lots of flavours. Using the groupon, we ordered a cheeseburger and turkey burger for a $ 1 more and picked our toppings. My turkey burger I asked for onions, tomatoes, and lettuce. With a milkshake, the price came to about $ 7 in additional to the coupon. We waited on the seats by the line up area and it took about 5 – 10 minutes for our food to be given. We almost forgot about the milkshake as that came out separately. My turkey burger was huge and the patty was flavourful. The uncooked onions were too much and strong. The taste lingered for hours so next time I’ll pass on them. The cheeseburger looked like any regular burger. Fries were skinny and ok. The value without the coupon is a bit pricey and I would recommend other sit down burger places. Not sure I’ll be back often but willing to give it another try sometime in the future.

Friendly service. Good food, if perhaps a bit expensive for what you get. Recommended.

These burgers will fill you up. And I love a place that will put some guac or eggs or pineapple on a burger. Most of the time after the burger and an incredible milkshake I can’t even get to the fries. Place an order and they’ll bring the food to you. I’ll be back for sure.

Decided to check Fatburger out. Passed it a few times while on the ETS, when I first arrived to Edmonton. I ate at the Las Vegas location before and loved it. My wife had the bacon and cheddar burger with onion rings. While I had the backyard bbq burger with fries. The only complaint we had was that the side order of onion rings, were not that great. Poorly breaded and over cooked. The burgers however, were wonderful and filling. Which they better have been, as our bill(two burgers, onion rings & fries plus two regular drinks) came out to nearly $ 30. Normally with fast food burgers, my stomach screams soon after. We managed to eat there, go to WEM to shop and see a movie, no stomach pains at all. Success!!! This and Original Joes will now be my prime choices for when I need a burger. Which is often.
