This is at least my fourth skin from them. First time I have been sooo disappointed. I pointed out the skin was not centered and they just peeled up the top corner. I said it was still not centered… and they still just peeled up the corner again I can feel the lip of the skin going over the edge of the glass screen on the middle of the phone. When it hangs over the glass it will peel sooner and require replacement. Even more disappointing is that there were three installers who were not busy. I could do a crappy job myself. In fact, I have installed my own skins better. I don’t need to pay someone $ 30+ to do it and have it hanging over the lip of the glass. Not only that, I don’t even live in town which means a special trip to have it fixed but based on their reaction in the first place, I expect more of the same.
With regards to their skins, I think they are good. They will peel over time, especially those installed on the back of a phone but those on front glass generally have decent longevity. They skins do yellow over time but my previous phone did look really good when I peeled the skin off.

Had their mate finish applied to my Apple Watch, they advised to be very careful or possible not wear it for a day for it to set up, and the few imperfections would vanish — If not, I was invited to go back in the first 7 days to have them take a look at it.
There was a slight imperfection which I assumed would either flatten out, but it didn’t really bother me, it was on the edge of my watch face. The imperfection didn’t flatten out and actually about 10 days after the corner started to lift. No doubt to my own fault.
I stopped back at their kiosk the other evening and spoke to a guy by the name of Jote, he was too happy help me out. He cleaned the little edge that was lifting and cured it back down. It looks better than new and I’m very happy with not just the product, but even more by Jote. He’s a really nice guy and they are lucky to have him.
I am looking forward to taking my personal and work iPhones in the next time I am passing buy to have them protected as well.

I found the protection offered to be adequate but did have some peeling and bubbling issues as mentioned by others. I think it’s expensive for how long it lasts!

A longtime user of Ghost Armor on two devices (an iPod touch 4 [for at least 4 years] and an iPad [for almost 2 years]), I came here on my most recent visit to Southgate Mall to have it applied to my brand new HTC One (M8) super phone. While they definitely apply their screen protectors to iOs (Apple) devices more often than to other devices (as could be seen by the stacks of iPhones awaiting screen application), and while they didn’t have any pre-​cut screen material for my particular phone, they were able to cut a piece to size and apply it much more quickly than they said it would take!
Not only that, but as my oldest Ghost Armor application, on my iPod Touch is starting to get a bit ragged, the staff member here was able to cut away some of the excess material such that the original application will last even longer before I will need to replace it completely.
I am really impressed with how well this product works and how kind the staff members were on this particular visit to the Ghost Armor kiosk in Southgate Mall. I will continue to have this material applied to my devices in the future for certain and hope that others only have this good of luck or experiences!

About a month after having my Ghost Armor installed, I noticed dings and scratches on it. Then it started to peel at the corner a bit. I’m a little less impressed now. I haven’t had it replaced yet, I’m waiting for my iPad portfolio to arrive first. I’m hoping having the iPad in the portfolio will help protect it a little more; just shoving it in my purse probably explains why my Ghost Armor is having so many problems. However, I was under the impression it’s supposed to be virtually indestructible, and that’s not what I’ve experienced.
So, while I am a little disappointed it hasn’t held up as well as I wanted, I am glad I have it in place. Plus, free lifetime warranty (all I will have to play to have screen protector replaced is for the labour to install it).
