Lashish Taouk is a local owned franchise specializing in authentic Lebanese cuisine. Our menu is healthy, nutritious and delicious, using top quality Alberta meat. Our beef shawarma is made with AAA Alberta meat and it’s sliced, marinated for four or five days and then cooked to perfection, and the chicken shawarma is real chicken breast meat also marinated and cooked to perfection. We also feature GLUTEN free menu as well as a whole lot of Vegitarian Items.

History

Established in 2004.

Lashish Taouk was the first Shawarma specialist in Edmonton. It was a big hit in the city where people were lined up to have a taste of the food. After the first owner sold the second owner didn’t really take care of the place until we came along in Nov of 2013, we renovated and took it back to the original recipes. So please accept our invitation to come and try us again.

It’s a pleasure being a part of Edmonton business owners. I come from a family that has been in the restaurant business for 24 years. I’m also very knowledgable in the Realestate business and demographics as I’ve also been in Realestate for 15 years prior to moving to Edmonton to open Cora breakfast & lunch in the northern side of the city but unfortunately it burned down in 2012.
