M & M Meat Shops

I love the service here. I had so many questions and not once did I feel like I was putting out the staff. They were kind, helpful and knowledgable. I was able forgo the sweet and fried stuff for some of the more healthy options. But it wasn’t easy! There are so many yummy treats!

You know it’s holiday season when M&Ms is busy with people lined up to get their fill of appetizers, and desserts. I joined the line and was impressed with how quickly it moved and how efficient the staff were. They were prepared for a busy day. Although I don’t shop at M&M often, I find their food to be convenient but not always the best tasting and quality. I prefer to get finger foods and desserts here rather than entrees. But with the variety of all their foods, I’m sure there is something that everyone can find to enjoy.

What do we know about M & M food? The food is always the same, usually good, sometimes a bit salty, sometimes more expensive than alternatives, but then you don’t really have to cook, just reheat it – right?
So this place, that differs from some of the other M & Ms in the city, is that the people who work there, are happy.

M & M Meat Shops is an excellent place to go if you’re cooking challenged like myself. They carry a wide selection of inexpensive pre-​made meals, making it very convenient if you’re on the run and do not have time to prepare a meal.
Their Bistro Chicken has always been a good choice for me. It comes in a variety of stuffing flavors such as Swiss, Portobello, and Ricotta & Spinach. Mix this with some of their Classic Stir Fry vegetables or California Style Mixed Vegetables, along with some rice, and you have a quick and complete meal.
Besides just pre-​made meals, M & M also offers party packs. As the name suggests, this makes it easy to accommodate a lot of guests. Two that I would recommend are the Oriental pack– consisting of bite sized vegetable spring rolls, chicken breast, and boneless pork loin, and the Shrimp packs– sweet & spicy shrimp, curry shrimp samosas, ginger shrimp twists and sweet & sour wonton. This is the perfect finger food pack for any gathering.
The staff are also very friendly and helpful. They know which dishes work well together, and can give you a recommendation on what to choose depending on what you’re craving. Be sure to check out their flyer, as they always have specials on their food items.
