Registrations Are Us is probably the best registrations office in town. Do I enjoy going to registrations? Never. Have I had to wait a looooong time here before? Of course, but… They sure seem to know what they are doing.
Open 7 days a week and until 8pm M-​F; that’s reason enough for these guys to be my go to choice.
My family recently traded in 2 vehicles and purchased 2 new vehicles and coincidently, the dealership we purcahsed from also highly recommended this location as the only peeps who really seem to know what they are doing!
There are tables to sit, a fish aquarium for the kidlets to look at, and a couple vending machines for REALLY long waits.
On my most recent visit, I wasn’t pleased that I had to wait an extra 15 minutes and let 3 people behind me go ahead of me because the teller that kept being open didn’t know how to close out a registration on a vehicle I sold. I even asked if she could call someone over to teach her and she said that it would take longer for her to learn than for me to wait. Well, waiting 4 customers later… I was admittedly annoyed. C’est la vie.
We’ve previously come to this location when another registries office didn’t understand how to proceed with our request and we had no issues here what so ever when presenting the same request.
This location was clean, the staff are pretty good and I can’t blame a gal for being new and not knowing all the ins and outs yet.

This is my favourite registry, as well! I had some complicated problems a couple years ago and this was the only place that actually KNEW how to get better information for me, gave me telephone numbers of officials I needed to contact, and truly went out of their way to help me. In addition, they are as fast as they are efficient. The area inside is spacious, clean, and comfortable, even providing chairs and tables. I definitely recommend them!

My company deals with them often for liens and other services; on that aspect, they’re not as professional as you’d expect.
On a personal level dealing with them for my own vehicle & registration needs, they’re okay. They always seem quite busy, I assume because they’re one of the few open on Sunday’s. However, they are quite quick to try & get you in & out the door (which is nice, because I’m not too fond of spending all my time in line at a registry).
They’re quicker than other registries & have more convenient hours, so I’d recommend them.

This registry is open later than other places which makes it convenient if you can’t make it earlier, just purchased a car and need to get plates, or want to go do your errand after dinner. It is located next to the Hilton Double Tree Hotel, formerly known as the Mayfield.
I have been here a few times to renew my license, register my new car and get new plates and bring family members to get their ID card. This place is very busy probably since they close later but the line goes very fast. There are about four cashiers/​staff at the windows and they are very efficient. The other staff in the office are completing paperwork or taking pictures for ID. You usually have to pay by cash or debit but I recently noticed that they have a option available to pay by credit card however, there is a service charge.
There’s lot of parking in the lot and on the street but it may be difficult to get here by bus.

Fastest service I have ever received at a registry! Whoa!
I often go for lunch at Rockin’ Robyn’s Diner in the same parking lot and have taken note of this registry many times. The end of February is near, so I popped in today after my lunch. I had about 10 minutes until I had to be back at work and hoped I’d be able to make it back on time. No worries!
The first thing I noticed and liked was the sign on the door that said «CAT ON PREMISES.» Sweet. When I walked in I noticed how big and open the room is; the counter is in front of you and to the right, and to the left there are a few tables. There seems to be a ton of room behind the counter, too. There were a few people ahead of me but my turn came surprisingly fast — less than two minutes. The lady who processed my vehicle renewal was very efficient and professional. I noticed that there was the option to pay by credit card, so I said I would pay that way. Before she took my card she mentioned that there was an extra 3% fee to use credit and told me what the total would be with that 3% added on without me even asking. There is no extra fee to use debit.
Unfortunately I didn’t get a glimpse of the kitty, but was told he was lounging on a chair in the back. Hopefully next time! Next time I need to make use of a registry I will absolutely go here! They have great, long hours and are open seven days a week.

Registrations Are Us is a full service registration office where you can also file vital statistics paperwork.
When I got married last year the staff was very helpful with getting most of my documents changed over to my married name. It is a lot of paperwork to fill out but the staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

Registrations Are Us does not have banker’s hours like a lot of the other agencies do. They are open until 8pm on most weekdays, and they are also open on weekends. There is free parking available in the lot out front — watch the signs though, the other businesses have certain parking spots that are off limits.
