Rexall Drug Store

This is our «neighbourhood pharmacy» and while it’s a chain store, it’s where we go to have our prescriptions filled. We’ve gotten to know Dave (one of the Pharmacists) a bit and have come appreciate his sense of humour and willingness to chat when we stop in. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and helpful!
As for the store itself, prices are higher than some of the big box stores including grocery stores and I try to avoid impulse shopping while waiting for my script to be filled. Additionally, the hours seem to be weird and I usually check online or even phone if I’m making a trip over after 7:00.
All-​in-​all, we appreciate the convenient location and the great care which is fairly consistent.
*Tips:
Pharmacists won’t prepare your script without first seeing it. You can fax in a copy.
If you’re buying an adult monthly transit pass, don’t wait until the last minute. They often sell out before the first of the month!
