So I went to Sbarro in Kingsway the other day and the chubby Asian guy with glasses was serving me and my fiancé. He wasn’t very friendly and was talking loudly in his foreign language to his co worker, anyways while he was piling the salad on to the plate, as he continued to obnoxiously talk to his co worker in his language, I tried telling him to slow down on the cucumbers since I’m not a huge fan of them, he kept talking in his foreign language and ignoring me, I had to try getting his attention like 3 times, and when he finally heard me after having to raise my voice over his loud voice, he looked at me with a dirty look, and proceeded to be rude. Didn’t aka me what kinda dressing I wanted, and tried charging me for the free dip. :/not very happy wit customer service

Sbarro is a regular stop for me when at any mall but mostly this one. The service is usually always fast and friendly. The food is good and the portions are always heaping. The only thing that drives me absolutely nuts is the to go containers. They are the worst I’ve ever seen. I usually ask for my salad in a separate one so it doesn’t get soggy and the dressing doesn’t run into the pasta. But the lid never stays closed and everytime I end up with my food spilling out in the plastic bag. They seriously need to get different ones.

Wow five star fast food there really is such a thing. I am pretty much a Sbarro junkie and have partaken in it’s goodness at the Southgate and City Centre location as well as here but I have to say this one is hands down the best location the city has to offer. I always have the spaghetti combo no matter where I am but I was delighted with how generous they are with the caesar salad here as well as the fact they give medium drink cups for the included beverage as im used to being handed the small at other locations. The staff here always seem to be in a great mood and joking with each other as well as the customers which I really enjoy as I think that positive upbeat attitude can be hard to find in fast food. If your in the mall make sure to check out the food at Sbarro. If you like Italian I promise you will be glad that you did!

Ewww. I’ve been meaning to try Sbarro sometime but now I really wish I didn’t. Soggy pizza crust. Pasta salad was tasteless. Just skip it and go somewhere else.

Whenever I find myself at Kingsway mall’s food court, Sbarro is my number one choice for the food on the run. I like that everything on the menu is hot, fresh and very fulfilling. I also like that Sbarro employees are always in good mood, eager to initiate a friendly chat and joke around. The food is very good. On the menu there are pizza slices, lasagna, all sorts of pasta and fresh salads. Some of the dishes I have tried and recommend without any hesitation are spinach, broccoli and tomato deep dish pizza, Hawaiian pizza, lasagna, spaghetti with meat balls and chicken parmigiana. All ingredients are beyond fresh so eat with confidence! Sbarro’s food is in no way inferior to the food served at authentic Italian restaurants; it is just as good, if not better.

I have to say I really like this place. My friends used to work at the Kingsway Location so they would always have great recommendations on what kind of pizza to try. So I have to say the classics are always the best; the cheese pizza and the pepperoni pizza are always good. These two come as a New York style of pizza where the crust is thin. If you don’t like the thin crust pizzas(my dad doesn’t) then try the Classic Pan Cheese Pizza, the Mushroom, the Meat Delight, the Hawaiian or the Fresh Tomato and Basil pizza if you like pan/deep dish pizzas. They are all really good. My favorite, the one I always keep coming back to, is the Hawaiian. It’s one of my favorite pizzas in general but I love how Sbarro makes it. It must be the tomato sauce. Oh if you like things a little more«fancy» then try the Spinach and Mushroom, it’s also a good one. The staff is fast and the pizza is usually pretty fresh. If you want you can wait and watch for one that has come right out of the oven and then order away. I haven’t tired their pastas, but one day I know I will. I just get too distracted by their fantastic pizza to think about ordering pasta! But they do have good Caesar salad though!
