History
Established in 2008.
Gord Grant is the founder of The Acupuncture Turning Point. His eclectic career includes 25 years in medical and agricultural diagnostic research, as well 10 years building and operating large-scale commercial honey production and agroforestry projects.
While recovering from a chronic back injury, Gord received acupuncture for the first time. Indeed, it was a turning point, not only in his physical problems, but also in career and his life commitment! It was like coming home. The philosophy within acupuncture holistic practice was so natural and obvious — the idea became a hub for all his previous experiences and how he could further develop meaningful and sustainable work within his life. He immediately embraced the opportunity and attended MacEwan University’s three year acupuncture program.
The Acupuncture Turning Point project is vision toward optimum health for all, through quality care and partnership, and the mindful integration of traditional and modern systems.
