This place is a joke. My boyfriend has been trying this place for about a year now, trying to give it a benefit of the doubt but it always disappoints! You can never get the same stylist because the turnover is horrible here. It’s always different stylists! He found one, one time that did a decent job and then a month later she was gone. Other than that one time, the haircuts have been really bad! Do the stylists here have any training to cut mens hair? Doesn’t seem like it. Knowledgable in men’s different hair styles? Nope. He kept wanting to try it out because the concept it cool and the place is nicely decorated… but unfortunately the quality of stylists is so sad. This place will never keep clients that need anything but a buzz cut! I only give 1 star because the walk in concept is nice, other wise…0 stars!

The staff are amazing, the quality of service is beyond belief, and the hair cuts are perfect. Plain and simple this is the best barber shop in Edmonton and I will never switch stylists, keep up the amazing work, see you in a week for my next cut!

I must say, although the staff was extremely friendly, I walked away with a horrible haircut. I explained exactly how I like my hair done and how I wear it and I walked away with the exact opposite. My suggestion is to understand and listen to what people want. You would feel horrible if somebody butchered your hair. I am sorry to say I probably won’t be back.
