If Unilocal was based solely on customer service I would be giving this place a 5. The gentleman behind the counter today was genuinely friendly and quite fast about making my chai latte. Unfortunately the chai was not one of the best I have had as it seemed a bit watery and had kind of a minty aftertaste. If I were to pop in again I would probably just go with coffee as they seemed to have quite a few options available. I eyed up the cinnamon buns as well as they looked delicious but decided on an apple and walnut muffin instead as a cinnamon bun is not exactly a great breakfast choice. It was nice and fresh but it had so many nuts that I had a hard time tasting the apple. The prices were more affordable than 95% of the other coffee places in the area and I would give them another shot despite the average experience. There were lots of other tasty looking things there like I mentioned and I just don’t think I made the best selections on my first trip here.

I came here specifically for a fudgey chocolate brownie as I hear they are good. Yes it was delicious — perfectly rich yet moist and packed full of flavor! The service was quick and pleasant =)

Simple café, delicious food, not the widest selection, but what they do offer is delicious. Very friendly staff, cheap travel mug refills.

What you’d expect from any Treats — Ok coffee(I hear the Butter Pecan flavour is good) & convenience food(soup, sandwich, muffins etc.) but below average expresso. I was disappointed my with cappuccino, the expresso machine looks so classic, got my hopes up! But alas it is what you put INTO it that counts. A cheaper alternative to other local coffee/light lunch in the 124 St area, but is it worth it? Located in the large AHS-owned 124 St building, so good chance of large lunch crowd and minimal selection left in the cooler. Had a bagel pizza there, not bad! If you forgot your lunch and want a slight step up from Timmy’s, try Treats. The staff was friendly :)
