Wendy’s

The customer service here is awful. We ordered our food and were told to go to the front door and wait. We did so and waited 15 minutes. We tried to go into the store to see what was going on, but the doors were locked so we eventually went back through the drive through and waited behind several cars. When we finally get to the window the clerk did not care and seemed irritated with us for coming back to get the food we already paid for. It was ice cold and she told us it was because she couldn’t find us.
Won’t be going to this Wendy’s again.

I had a lunch time fast food experience here and I can’t complain. I ordered a chili and ceaser salad through yhe drive thru window.
Hot food was hot, cold food was cold, packaged separately. Can’t ask got much better than that at a drive thru. Food was tasty.
Lots of parking, easy access from surrounding roads. Bo problems with their location at all.

Although we didn’t eat here and took it to go, I was impressed with the seating area. It’s new and seemed clean and not cluttered with packaging. Maybe it’s because it wasn’t that busy at just after 7PM on a weeknight. There wasn’t a line up to order and the food was ready in a short time.
The area where you pick up napkins and condiments was clean and well stocked as well. For fast food of burgers and fries, this isn’t gourmet but a decent meal. I like their chicken burgers and a frosty in their value menu is great!

I don’t often dine at fast food restraraunts for my dinner, as they tend be noisy, offer questionalble food and service complicated by either dated interiors or just down right tacky interiors (Ya like McDonalds ya). However I had the pleasure of visiting this Wendy’s location to be pleasantly surprised by a very clean and inviting store. The store is finished in warming and welcome colors with tastefull furniture, the staff are also a nice surprise as they are proffessionally dressed adhorning smiles, appearing intelligent and bright. Staff were very pleasant offering courteous and efficient service … a welcomed change of late.
As to the food, well Wendy’s just gets this one right as all their ingrediants are freash and of quality. The tomatoes and lettuce were firm and crispy as fresh produce should be, the meat is just bang on! Completely fresh and 100% beef (notice I didn’t say 100% canadain beef? That’s a trick to imply 100% beef when it’s not), the burger patties where «hot» off the grill and tasted absolutley great. Considering the store’s cleanliness, courteous staff, warm and inviting store, the quIt’s located on the corner of 184 Street and Stony Plain road in the power center there where there’s a Pet Smart and Walmart etc. and I would encourage you to take a stop into this store and enjoy for yourselfality food, competative prices I would say this Wendy’s offer’s anyone a good value.
It’s convienantly located in a power center along with store the like of Pet Smart, Walmart, Rona and would recommend this store to everyone that like a freshly made sandwich, hot crispy fries and so on. Bön appetite! :-)
