Well you get what you pay for. Spent only one night here since I had a really early flight the next day. The hotel is not close to the airport as it’s advertised but lucky me my flight so early no one will be on the road. First off the location kinda sketchy. The room old and outdated. I stayed on the 9th floor thought it would be nice to block out the road noise. However walls are paper thin. You can hear every door open and close. There were kids running up and down the hallway screaming and crying. I know you can’t control rude guest. The bed was terrible; it felt like you were sleeping on a trampoline. They still have box tv and the remote was so old the numbers and labels have come off. The bed lamp and the desk chair were both water or something stained. So gross the more you looked the more dirty the room was. There better choices elsewhere to stay.

Awful hotel! The air quality in room is terrible, we are staying as a group here. Had to leave room go outside, because the AC is so cold, turned off it becomes so warm and stuffy, you can’t breathe. Front desk tells you, open the window, that doesn’t help. Also parties in other rooms @12am, is really annoying.

The front desk attendant, Vivian, was awful, she had a horrible attitude. After a 10 hour long car ride. All I wanted was to check in to my room and relax. Understandable that the room wasn’t ready for check in early but she has an attitude bc I needed to wait and there were apparently a lot of other people that also needed to wait as though that was my problem. Then when we returned she continued to have a sour attitude which I did not appreciate. They need to have people at the front with a better attitude that actually care about their job or can fake it until they make it. For a hotel called quality hotels and suites, the quality of the customer service here was beyond sub par. I do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone, don’t waste your time. Find a place that will care to help you check in to your room and get you situated.

Doesn’t it say a good bit about lack of mg’t skills when the burned out fire room(with windows busted out in subzero air) has ZERO blockage, or warning signs? I mean ANYTHING! A orange cone, or something??! Nope, not here at worst most incompetent ever! Hands down winner of hotel from hell award. blows away all competitors!(fire masks down! dirty, weak service., okay, i was going to live with that for a deal. but a 1:30 fire on a higher floor vacant room(hello? did they ever check and clean it??) that kept us out until 3am at –4 degrees; only to get back in and have their stupid, incompetent as*es not be able to turn off the fire alarm all night ruined my trip — and caused me to miss work next day. but wait, their incompetence is not over. wed eve i go to take a serious work exam on laptop. they have had all day(if they had to) but what do they do? a fire alarm test while i just start taking a serious, important test for a job i am here to interview for!!! can they f’up any more? well the food suc*s. way over priced, did i mention i get this torture on my birthday too boot? we will be in court shortly unless they begin compensating my charges paid for this hell whole. btw, their website which supposedly takes«resident reviews» does not. i’ve tried repeatedly during 2 prior stays. it to is a sham and a lie.

I only stayed with this hotel for one night on an overnight layover in Toronto. All we were looking for was a bed to sleep in and that was all we got. First off, this is advertised as an «airport» hotel. It definitely isn’t. It takes about 25 minutes to drive here from the airport. Luckily they offer a complimentary shuttle service. The driver was really personable and helpful. This was definitely the highlight of our stay. Checking in late at night was a bit too sketchy for my taste. There were random drunk people sitting in the lobby and we were cut off in line more than once by people with enquiries about the hotel. I know it isn’t necessarily the hotel’s fault that rude people kept interrupting us, but at the same time, the girl helping us could have easily told them that she could help as soon as she was done with us. I have no real complaints with the room itself. It’s exactly what you’d expect for a cheap room from the Quality Inn. However, the clientele and the location of the hotel itself set off my paranoia. Lock your doors at night!
