Business Owner
In her therapeutic yoga practice, Donna specializes in chronic pain relief. She has practiced yoga for decades and has been teaching yoga since 2010. Donna’s passion is the study and practice of therapeutic yoga as it relates to helping relieve chronic pain, anxiety and depression, and grief.
With her compassionate approach to healing, she combines gentle movement, breath work, and guided meditation to create a practice that is deeply supportive and healing.
Using these ancient techniques, the body, mind and spirit move gently into balance and your inner wisdom and healing emerge.
