Charm Diamond Centre

Went and got a pendant there for Christmas and the service was phenomenal. The sales people were really friendly and not overbearing and made the transition to getting something really easy. I ended up getting the warranty and my present gift wrapped and everything was really easy and pleasant.

Just went through the process of buying a new chain from charms at the Halifax Shopping centre. The first time myself and my boyfriend went in was just to look, we were quickly greeted by Cathy with a smile and a friendly hello. I’m very particular about jewelry and I was there to replace a chain that broke a few weeks earlier (the necklace itself meant a lot to me as it was a Christmas present from my boyfriend the first year we were together). Cathy was so quick to pull out all the chains they had that were anywhere close to what I was describing, she told me why she wouldn’t suggest certain ones as I have long hair that would get tangled ect. We came back about a week later with my original necklace looking for Cathy and once again, she was great! Anyways. Im posting this as I too work in the service industry and I was so impressed by how amazing she is! Going a little way does make a huge difference especially when you’re as Unsure about something as I am. Thanks Cathy! You’re a star!

I have bought jewellry and decorative items here in the past (mostly as gifts for others) and have always found the selection varied and beautiful, and the service friendly. My fiancée bought my engagement ring here as well, and when we brought it in to be re-​sized, the staff were extremely helpful. The normal wait time would have been over a week, but the representative who served me offered of her own accord to put a rush on my order, so that I could have it back in a few days. I thought this was quite kind of her. They have definitely earned a loyal customer.

Last week at Halifax Shopping Centre, while the rest of the mall was celebrating the tax free event, Charm Diamond had their own special promotion on whereby with every purchase made you were able to pop a balloon for a chance to save up to 20% off your purchase — with every balloon guaranteed a winner. I only popped 7%, which I believe is the least amount you’re guaranteed, but was pleased with this nonetheless. The staff associate informed us that they’d be having another balloon event in the near future with the next Mall Midnight Madness.
Overall, a pleasant and fun experience.
