My favorite place to get a sub! The guys there are always so friendly and funny and make you feel like you’re one of their friends. I’ve never had a bad sub there or one I didn’t like and I’ve been working my way through the menu. I love how the subs go through an actual oven rather than a weird microwave thing. They are always able to answer any questions and service is super quick. Once one of the guys made a mistake on my sub(put guacamole on it) and was so apologetic and offered to make me a whole new one. It wasn’t a huge deal but it was nice of him to offer. Whenever I go it’s usually after work anywhere between 30 and 15 minutes before they close and they never rush or make you feel like you’re being a pain coming so close to close like some places do. Highly recommend checking them out! :)

Oct 17,2014 @ 5:00pm local time. Probably the most energetic, attentive and friendly staff I have ever dealt with at a fast food restaurant. A very welcome surprise on abFriday afternoon after a long week. True to form, the food is good, priced reasonably and was served up fast and with a smile. The young man and young lady working at this location today deserve a raise. Keep it up!

This Quiznos is okay. I don’t go to this location often because I find it so inconsistent. Sometimes your sub or flatbread will be toasty and perfect, others it’ll be burnt to hell and sometimes it seems like it hasn’t gone through at all. What’s up with that?! Also, they keep changing their mind on veggies — what goes on before toasting and what goes on after. I also find, as others have noted, that staff just don’t really care. When we came in the other evening they were all out-back chatting and laughing… no one was out front and no one was there to help us. Once they did appear they weren’t interested in us — they wanted our order so they could go back to whatever they were doing. Once we got our food, they disappeared out-back again. Poor service. I much prefer the Dartmouth Crossing Quiznos for their consistency, friendly staff and clean location!

Big fan of Subs. Love the fresh sandwich taste. I find that Quiznos takes the ‘healthy’ feel of the sub, and give it more of a greasy, fast food feel. Sometimes you will get under-toasted, but as was the case most recently, I got the almost burnt version. The meat was quite dry, and the bun was crusty and hard. The staff on the whole was somewhat ‘disinterested’ in helping me, and was more concerned with prep work(which I assume was for a busy night shift). Just made a customer feel unwanted.

I love this Quiznos — for the longest time I would go there multiple times a week because the sandwiches were so good and they had the $ 5 deal. Alas, that’s no more — but at least the sandwiches are still really good. The service is always great too — the staff is super friendly and you don’t see a whole lot of turn over. Most of the staff that you get to know usually become regulars. And the meatball sub and the raspberry lemonade are too good to pass up!

I stopped in for a sub for the first time ever and probably my last. I am a big fan of Subway so I thought, hey what the heck, it’s the same thing right? NO! The bread was hard and the meat seemed warm(not heated, as if it wasn’t stored in the fridge). I really didn’t even enjoy the taste for some reason. It tasted stale. Anyways, i had a coupon for $ 2.00 off a foot long sub. At least I only paid $ 4.00 for my gross sub.

We ate at Quiznos one evening after a long drive down the South Shore and back. We had coupons for Quiznos and thought we’d give them a try. We ordered flatbread pizzas, enthusiastic about the toppings they provided. Unfortunately, our hopes were dashed. The pizzas were limp and warm(instead of piping hot), and the toppings were scarce. Additionally — and this sealed the deal on ever going to Quiznos again — an employee was slicing tomatoes while we were there. They took the tomatoes directly from the box they were shipped in, sliced them, and added them to the toppings bar — all without washing them! Yuck!(Yes, yes, I know that worse happens all over the city — but this was right in front of my eyes.) We were not impressed with Quiznos in any way, shape or form. I will say that their prices are decent, so if subs are your thing, you might want to give them a try.
