Great job! Went to the drive through today at this location. Fast & very friendly service! My order was fresh and prepared correctly. But the best part was how enthusiastic and friendly the employee was. Asked for my receipt to find out her name — it was Melanie! Wish we could have her train a bunch of customer service workers in the city! For a rating of today’s visit, she deserves 5 stars.

Not a subway I go to very often because it’s a touch out of the way.
But it’s been fine when I have gone.

This Subway’s staff (although the food is good and fresh, always) seems to know what you want on your sub, even if you don’t really want it on/​done to your sub.
The last two visits have resulted in a toasted sub, even after I declined the option, and protested… and one sub with Jalapeño’s, instead of hot peppers. Silly me, thinking I know what I wanted on my sandwich.
Trust the sandwich artists!

I’ve never had a bad experience here. Maybe once or twice they’ve been low on seating at lunch time. But they have recently renovated and refreshed the look inside, and it’s actually much better now.
This is one of the few Subways with a drive-​thru, which I tend oppose. I’m not sure why they want idling vehicles near their restaurant, and it creates a bit of a hazard for pedestrians walking towards the store front. Just sayin’…

Situated in the middle of a very high traffic area, this Subway restaurant is almost always guaranteed to be busy.
The restaurant is a good size, and is well staffed. The staff are productive and efficient and manage to get through the a long line of customers at a fair speed.
There’s a good sized seating area so you’ll seldomly have to worry about finding a seat, and sometimes after hours and hours of shopping it’s just the quick fix you need before heading back to the shops.
