The thing this Timmies really has going for it, is it’s location. It’s very conveniently situated and easily accessible from all the Bayer’s Lakes shopping– doesn’t hurt that it’s surrounded by plenty of parking.
I would suggest, however, that the store is in dire need of some expansion, since it’s uncomfortably small inside and you may be out of luck if you want to find a place to sit down and enjoy your drinks and/​or free wifi during peak times. It’s so small that if theres more than 4 – 5 people in line, the line may have to extend out the door.
Other than that, the service is fast and friendly. I ordered iced coffee, but instead got what looked to be an iced latte. Since I’m not into dairy, I took my drink back to the front and asked them specifically for black iced coffee, explaining my unfortunate dairy intolerance and they exchanged my drink with a smile and no questions asked. All a sign of good service.
I was there with my sister and 4 year old identical twin nieces, apnd the lady at the counter was very friendly with the kids and made them feel included in ordering drinks. Very much appreciated.
I would definitely recommend this Timmies, and exponentially more so were they to enlarge the space for seating etc.
