A&W use to be good but seems the service and quality has gone downhill over the years. Ordered two teen burger combos with poutine here. One of the teen burgers was suppose to be no veggies. Took it back, and the crew still screwed it up(no veggies means no tomato too folks). Finally after the third attempt they got it right. By now, my friends food is cold. Thanks guys. The gravy for the fries was burnt. When I asked to speak to a manager, they said sorry nothing they could do. The franchise owner never returned my call. Will not be visiting A&W again.

Everyone looked very bored and seemed to not care. Messed up 2 separate orders which is hard to do seeing as they were extremely dead. Will not be going back.
