The front desk clerk at the Courtyard down the road recommended this place. He said go to Spring for tempura, go to Chihiro for rolls.
It took 2 times asking to get water and tea and there wasn’t much explanation on the ordering process, but we figured it out quickly, put in our first sheet, and were eating Miso Soup and Seaweed Salad in no time. Then the appetizers, then the rolls. We put in for more appetizers and eventually dessert.
My coworker and I were satisfied with everything we had and left full.
I’m not a sushi snob. Everything tasted fresh and the temperature was good. We ordered several rolls and they didn’t say which one was which so we ate them all without really thinking about what it is.
Portions for the appetizers are small, but it is good because if you don’t like something you don’t feel so wasteful and if you like it just order more. We never had a time where we were waiting for more food.
