Came here with my partner for our anniversary and we will definitely be coming back as our experience was great! The atmosphere was fun, warm and inviting overall. We were seated within less than 5 minutes and our server was friendly, knowledgable on the(very creative and large) menu and was even willing to make recommendations(which I find many servers don’t do). Our food came out within 15 – 20 minutes and for burgers those sizes, that’s pretty good! While I cannot comment on the other meats, we got beef and the only thing I’d suggest is that the beef be seasoned — even with just a little bit of salt and pepper. Yes, the toppings give the burger overall, flavour, but the beef alone is fairly bland. Overall, I found The Works in this location to be affordable, have great food and environment :)

Ordered fries and a burger and received them separately. The fries were disgusting; uncooked and tasteless. The burger was alright, and service was mediocre. After we got our food, nobody checked on us for anything. We waited 20 minutes for a drink refill. Won’t return to this location

Wasn’t all impressed. Did take out. Food was cold and burger was dry. Cheese stuffed in burger cold and hard. Onion rings good bit can get those exact from A and W. Will I go back?.. no. Five Guys rocks. Burger had no taste to it.

Came here last Friday night at 6:30pm and there was no wait. We were seated by the windows which were very drafty – brrr. Bring a sweater. The waitress was really nice and explained how to order. All burgers come with a side of your choice. Lots of choices here so you’ll need a few minutes to decide what you want. We ordered the Crappy Tire burger and the Six Degrees of K’vin Bacon burger, both with weeds(salad). The entrées came out within 30 minutes. The salad was fresh and crisp. The homemade salad dressing was delicious! Both burgers and salad tasted pretty good, though the burgers were not served hot. My onion strings were cold too. I liked the sweet taste of the pineapple on the Crappy Tire burger best. The Six Degrees beef/bacon burger was good too but I expected the burgers to be a lot thicker considering you’re paying around $ 16 for each plate. They serve your drinks in wide glass measuring cups. That was cute, but they were too awkward to hold and they took up too much space on our small table for two. Like others have said, it’s a decent place for burgers, but a bit overpriced for what you get.
