A t-​shirt and jeans church. A 4-​piece band with mediocre repetitive music. Sermon was a strength — themed, biblically-​based, compelling and thoughtful, though not all points were followed through to conclusion. Verses were always projected on the screen. About 150 people of all ages in a converted warehouse in an industrial district. Downfall? I stood for 10 minutes after the service by the coffee and not a soul talked to me. Hard to go back after that.
