It’s a very busy location located in the downtown part of Kingston. It seems like it’s always very busy! The baristas were very friendly and it wasn’t too long of a wait on a Sunday afternoon when the seatings were full and a fair amount of people in line. The baked goods in the display case as you waited in line looked sooooo good and placed in an arrangement which is so attractive it’s screaming«eat me» right at you! Definitely hard to resist saying no in buying one of those. The store itself looked very clean and organized as well. The best part I find is after ordering your drink, as you wait for it on the side, they have a riddle of the day! So as you are trying to guess the riddle, times passes by so quickly, before you know it, you’re drink is ready! And if you haven’t guessed it by the time you got your drink, you can always ask the barista. I think that’s a pretty good strategy for people who hates to wait!

Every time I come home to visit Kingston, I end up at this Starbucks. The baristas are very nice and my drinks are consistently well made. The service is quick and accurate, which I appreciate. It’s nice to grab a latte and people watch out the front window ;)

This is a narrow and small Starbucks along Princess and is notably busy, too. The staff are friendly and the normally moves quickly. It is a tough place to nab a seat most of the time, so I tend to take my drink to go. However, if you can score a spot at the window ledge it is a great spot for watching all the activity of princess street!

This is the location closest to the waterfront and more frequented by a stream of office workers looking for the quick caffeine fix. .For tourists, this is the most convenient location. However, very limited seating and a short line makes this place a bit of a cluster-muck at times. Fast service but more limited food/snack options. If you’re not committed to those fancy 8 dollars lattes, go next door to the sleepless goat for a decent cup of joe and snacks without the hassle.
