History
Established in 2013.
I had an idea to start a holistic lunch delivery meal program but found commercial kitchen space very pricey. I also took into account that I wouldn’t have a ton of freedom as I’d be working Monday to Friday, 9 to 5 and working at the same place everyday. I decided to start looking at food carts instead so I could set up anywhere I choose — farmers markets, country music & bluegrass festivals or a permanent location if I chose to for colder months. Offering communities a healthy alternative that caters to ppl that have special dietary needs. Everything on the menu is 100% dairy & meat free, processed food, white flour & sugars are limited as much as possible and of course, we have a gluten free option as well. We hope to see you out on the road very soon!
