Very busy location, drive through always backed up.
Newly renovated, always lots of staff on.

The staff at this location are cold and rude. The drive thru is slow but it is the only tims in town with a drive thru. Again you generally have to repeat your order a couple of times at the speaker and that gets annoying.

Like any other Tim Hortons, when you walk in the atmosphere is busy, but inviting all at the same time. I only have three little complaints about this restaurant, the workers need to smile a little more. It is as if they are saying «please put me out of my misery and I do not like working here. «The lady who took our order, may have mixed up the cream from the sugar in order. According to my family members, they did not make any eye contact with the customers. Hopefully, the customer service will get better at this particular location. I continue to be a Tim Hortons supporter.

This Tim Hortons is crazy busy in the morning especially. I was there this morning and this morning was no different. Their staff was extremely quick, friendly and efficient. I ordered several items and they clarified my order and it was nice because they didn’t keep asking is that all after every item I ordered. Overall great service and order was correct and very good.

This is a fairly busy Tim Hortons location. While it wasn’t bad while we were there, the fact that there was an express line for beverages only and the fact that there had been a reasonably recent renovation of this location when I visited it for the first time indicates this fact.
I was glad that this location was not purely just a place that serves coffee and other beverages; however, as I really wanted a yummy Bagel BELT. And I was not disappointed. The staff seemed very efficient, and although the line went right into the vestibule, everyone was cordial in the line at that hour in the morning.

This is an extremely busy T. H’s. There always seems to be a drive through line up, even though they have recently renovated to a dual drive through. One issue is the drive through line up goes right through the parking lot making it dangerous for parked cars to back up. It is a design issue.
