All ‘Bout Cheese

I went to All ‘Bout Cheese a few months ago to put together a gift for someone that enjoys a good cheese now and again. When I went in, I was impressed by the selection that they had available. In addition to their expansive cheese counter, they also had many spreads, jellies, and general things that go best with cheese.
I explained to the woman at the counter that the person I’m buying for enjoys an old cheddar the most. She offered us a few suggestions and even let us sample a few. I have to say I was impressed by the knowledge of the staff the most. She knew where each cheese was from, awards they won, the texture, flavour, and just the overall point of the cheese itself.
In the end I purchased about 4 different cheeses. A local one from Woodstock that was to die for (The Five Brothers), a nice smoked aged cheddar, a soft cheese with a vegetable ash vein in the middle, and another harder, yet subtle cheese. For a decent amount of cheese, it only cost around $ 20!
The person I gifted it to absolutely loved them all. I was hoping that maybe she would put it on a spread for us to all enjoy but she actually hoarded it in her fridge and only let me (no one else) have some (score!).
The convenience factor of this shop is also very high. If you dont want the hustle and bustle of the market location, or are unable to go on the weekend, they have the storefront. It is also located beside a butcher.
I will definitely choose again in the future All ‘Bout Cheese because its pretty obvious, that’s what their all ’bout!
