So it was my favourite place to eat sushi, but is close. Not by the the health dept but by the landlord. The notice say they owe rent. Very sad because it was the only place I like other we’re not as good and did not have a variety as haru did. Very very sad.

I’ve been here a few times now with groups of around 8, and so far I don’t really have any complaints. Sure, the quality of the sushi isn’t as good as what you’d get at a place that isn’t AYCE(this is just a trend I’ve noticed about AYCE sushi), but it’s still quite good. I haven’t had anything here that seemed too cold, too hot, or had something in it that shouldn’t be there. The process here is similar to other AYCE sushi joints-you get a slip and you write down the number associated with item you want followed by the quantity. What I like about this place is that is different than other AYCE sushi places I’ve been to is that they give you a print-out of what you ordered afterwards. This is great. It shows that they entered everything you’ve ordered into their system, and you have a reference to look at later to ensure that you’ve gotten everything you’ve ordered. So far it’s been spot on. The atmosphere is nice. Wooden accents, dimmed lights, etc. It’s pretty standard for a sushi place. The restaurant seems clean. I haven’t actually used the bathroom here, so I’m not sure what they’re like. Our waitresses have always been attentive and good at refilling our drinks and picking up our order slips. The price is pretty equivalent to other AYCE sushi places in London.

I’m not sure why I keep coming here, honestly. The food is average; some days it’s good, some days it’s bad, usually it’s just okay. The wait staff is extremely unfriendly and dont even expect a drink refill without having to flag someone down and ask. The rice to seafood ratio is ridiculous, all filler no thriller. Many times we place an order and get half of it — the other half either never comes or arrives an hour late when we’re all finished and ordering dessert. You’d think all of this would come with cheap prices, but it doesn’t. They recently raised it to around $ 19.99 for lunch and $ 21.99 for dinner through the week, weekends are higher. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend it unless you have nowhere else to go.

Probably by far the worst AYCE sushi. I don’t think I’ve ever been extremely disappointed with my meal. The food was not fresh, there were bones in my salmon sashimi, horrible customer service, and they charge 75 cents for each tea cup which was small. The meal came to a total of $ 55. Both my boyfriend and I felt sick after the meal. PLEASE try another place instead of this one. I was super disappointed cause I should have read and trusted the Unilocal reviews. TRUSTWHATYOUREADABOUTTHISRESTAURANT. It’s such an aweful place. But here’s a suggestion: SHOGUN on Wellington will cost you approximately $ 60 – 70 for two but is worth it. SHOGUN is one of the better quality sushi places.

Just went for the last time. It is sad to see how far the quality has dropped. I ordered the same thing 3 times, came different every time. My dad tried to speak to a manager to discuss the sewage smell in the men’s room, but nobody there understood English. Once we figured that there was no manager, we tried to explain how to solve the smell issue, no understanding. I’m disappointed that this one time good restaurant is so bad now.

Another mediocre all you can eat, but price is not bad(21.99). Portions are small and alot of imitation crab meat — BTW what is up with cheese coated imitation crab? So sad looking. The deep fried rolls and special rolls(e. G. I dragon) aren’t bad, good taste. Salads are bad. They forgot our salmon belly. Décor and service is OK. I know Tokyo sushi does all you can eat now so I am looking forward to trying it since their normal menu is outstanding and high quality. Wonder sushi is still better than haru.

Terrible. The salmon is frozen. Ruined Sushi for me for awhile. Struggling to find good sushi in the London area.

Totally disappointing. Worst restaurant I’ve been to in years. The service: bad. Rude, slow servers who couldn’t be bothered to actually serve. The fact that it took an hour to serve 4 dishes, all with something wrong, for lunch, is just not acceptable. Not to mention half our food never arrived, despite asking numerous times. The food: merely acceptable. Some of the dishes came with additions that weren’t listed, totally destroying the flavor and taste of the sushi. I’ll never be back, and certainly won’t recommend this place to anyone.

The food was ok. Our server was very attentive — refilling our water and tea regularly. We ordered two rounds of food. The first came quickly, but the second round took quite a bit of time and we had to remind our server about the rest of our order before it finally showed up.

Every time I visit my family in London I love to go out for sushi, I’m from michigan and our sushi is very expensive, we don’t have all u can eat sushi and for a guy that can eat 35pieces is very very expensive. I’ve tried a few different places and liked em all till this visit I found this Haru place, I can’t put it in words how amazing this sushi is I’m in love I had it two days in a row and if u live in London u have to eat here. Now I know where to come when I visit

I fairly good all you can eat restaurant with friendly staff and quick service. I went here for lunch with my boyfriend and we both were very happy with everything we had ordered. The rolls have a good ratio of rice to filling unlike most all you can eat places where it is all rice. The sushi rice wasn’t soggy or too soft but a good consistency. Overall a good experience. Would definitely come back.

Went back in May 2012 with some friends to try out this new place. Overall, good food and service. I liked that they inputted our order sheets into a computer and printed out what we ordered so we know what we ordered(Picture uploaded). We went around 6pm on Thursday and it was not that busy yet. The teppanyaki tables were empty at the time.
