The nachos are fantastic tons of cheese and toppings.
The wings were big juicy and properly sauced had a good flavour I had medium and tiger stripe and both were excellent.
The French onion soup was a bit thick for my liking but still had a very good flavor.
The price of everything is very reasonable. The staff is very well attentive and the small quiet atmosphere is very nice.
I will be coming back for years to come. I can’t wait for the summer to try the patio.

Great atmosphere, solid tap selection. Our server was good fun, helped in picking out good food and was able to nail our complicated drink selections.
I enjoyed my steak and guinness pie. It’s a pub, not the ritz, some of these other people need to hop back on their high horses and gallop somewhere else!

I used to go here years ago and the food was great. The meatloaf and burgers were awesome. I went recently and oh how the mighty have fallen.
Went there on a date night and it was packed which means the food should be good. I ordered the coconut shrimp and halibut and chips and my wife ordered chicken wings. While the wings tasted okay, there was not much meat on the bone. The rest was bad. The coconuts shrimp was barely a pass but the sauce it came with was horrible, I think they mixed up the containers or something because it tasted like oily salad dressing. The halibut fell to pieces and lacked any flavor and the sauces were nothing special. The fries were abundant but lacking any real substance. All in all, very weak flavor and lazy creation.

Can’t say the service is good nor the welcoming. Wasn’t greeted very politely and got attitude from the server before we even ordered!
However the food made up for the lack of service. Fantastic wings on a Monday evening ($ 5/​pound?) and sheps pie was delicious!
Homemade style food and I highly recommend. Fresh tasting and good portion sizes.
I never judge a place by the service. It’s always about the quality of food and this place has it. Just don’t expect a smile when you go in lol

Always a family favorite that keeps us returning year after year, every time we are in London. Love everything about this great British style pub. Great warm service, wonderful beer selection, and quality wine and cider. Food always excellent but would appreciate more vegetarian options.

Very nice old pub style watering hole. Our car club stopped in for lunch the other day and sat out on the patio under the umbrella tables. Very nice setup.

Great local Pub serving all the british «pub grub» favourites including Mash n’ Bangers, Shepherds Pie, Fish n’ Chips, giant stuffed yorkshires, steak and kidney pie, etc the list goes on. Of course they also have Canadian favourites like amazingly good wings and burgers, and soups and salads, They also have a desert menu although I’ve never tried it…
All the good local beers are on tap and lots of imports on tap as well including Guinness, Harp, Kilkenny, Smithwicks, Bass, Becks, Boddingtons, Stella Artois, Hoegaarden
Daily specials and lots of «events» such as an upcoming Irish Whiskey tasting as well so be sure to check out their website for more info. Food taste’s great and the service and atmosphere are great as well! The only problem is they are only open till 1am and some of the favourites can get a little pricey if your looking for deals.
