Ordered the Hoof and Feathers. Ribs are slightly dry and not fall-off-the-bone per se, but still pretty decent. The BBQ chicken was juicy enough. I also ordered it with the baked beans with bacon for the side dish. Unfortunately this came out pretty mushy, and had signs of being microwaved to heat up as the sauce had slightly burnt-looking bubbles. So why such a low score? Their customer service is awful! I ordered in person at 7:39pm, and told it would take 20 minutes. I sat and waited, while playing a game on my mobile device. The cashier/cook(Shyam) who took my order brought food orders out to other customers sitting next to me throughout this whole time. I was starting to feel really hungry, and had a look at the time — 8:19pm! While I couldn’t remember initially what time I ordered, I do remember the cashier/cook saying 20 minutes, and pretty certain I was there before 8:00pm. I waited a few more minutes in case I did walk in at 8:00pm. I finally approached the counter at 8:25pm to see what’s taking so long. The cashier/cook saw me, but was attending to some cutlery he was putting away. I had to signal him to come out, and when he did I asked him how much longer. He tells me he thought I left. Really? You brought other orders and walked right by me the entire time, yet didn’t bring my order out. Not even an attempt. My order came out in a pizza box. No cutlery offered, and none around the counter. Okay so I had to ask for it. Not a big deal. I sat back down in my chair/table, and opened the box. Each one of the items was wrapped in foil, and plastic containers for the beans and sauce. I noticed my receipt had a time stamp of 7:39pm by Shyam. I looked at the current time; 8:27pm. Almost 50 minutes. So much for hitting up a department store before they close at 9pm… As I began digging in to the food, not two minutes passes by when the cashier/cook(Shyam) walked out with another person’s order who was sitting right next to me. WTF?! Really?! Thanks for not noticing me here.

As a pizza fanatic I can honestly say that this place is in my top 3 of all time. Amazing crust and the meats are top notch ! Try the sirloin !

Would leave zero stars if I could. Terrible pizza — way too much crust, was extremely chewy with a very limited amount of toppings. First time that my 3 kids refused to finish even one slice each. Now when kids turn down pizza you know it’s bad.

Disappointing is how I would describe Big Daddy’s. The toppings are great but the pizza is too thick, doughy and under cooked. Also needs more pizza sauce. Doubt I would order here again.

I usually grab a slice on the way to save on to go shopping. They usually have only about one or two slices in the case. Cold pizza they warm up in an oven then you order. Thought it would do for .99/slice. Last time I went it they popped it to $ 1.40/ slice. For cold warmed up pizza with limited choices as they only have a slice or two for sale at a time? No thanks.

We ordered pizza from here for the first time and it was amazing!!! Lots of toppings and so nice not to have the pre-packaged frozen variety of toppings. Crust was really good and even the next day and day after it was really good(cold & warmed up). Best pizza we’ve had in years — goodbye Jim’s, Panago, Pizza Hut, Dominos, Mona, Soprano’s, Albion, etc. Pricing was pretty good too, especially considering the pizzas were so much better. We’ll definitely be ordering again. Our delivery girl did get a bit lost, so the pizza was about 15 minutes late in getting to us.

I tried this place a few times now and thought it was decent. The pizza had a crispy crust with the right amount of toppings and cheese. We ordered tonight the dough was only half cooked. I love pizza and with so many other options in town I will pass on this place from now on.
