Get P.H.A.T. Boot Camp specializes in weight loss for kids and adults who struggle with obesity/weight and for those who suffer from previous injuries.
There is no running involved, you will never be left behind or trying to play catch up to the group and you don’t need to be in good shape to get started.
Our trainers are Certified Personal Trainers, not group fitness instructors. What does this mean for you? This means no over crowded classes, you will receive the attention that you require, your trainer will know who you are, you will not be lost in the crowd and you will get the motivation and support you need when you need it, you will never be left wondering if you are preforming an exercise properly and best of all you have a program that is tailored to your needs, meaning you will get maximum results! We keep all classes small (max. 10/class) so we can make this happen for our clients.

History
Established in 2011.
Sherry Lewis, Founder/Co-Owner/Personal Trainer wanted to offer a boot camp program that was specifically designed for those who really needed it. During her research she found that most boot camps were designed for those who were looking to advance their fitness level or were in fairly good shape to start with.
The problem she discovered is that these programs weren’t designed for those who:
*Hate running
*Couldn’t run due to previous injuries or due to their weight
*Those who struggle with obesity or previous injuries
*Poor physical condition (beginner who has been sedentary for many years)
Sherry was determined to make a difference in peoples lives and show them that with a little hard work, they too can acheive their fitness goals that they never thought would be possible.
Sherry herself had struggled with her weight and suffered from previous injuries as well, but she learnt how to take control of her life and she is now determined more than ever to help others do the same!
