As a new customer, their service was average(dropped in a year ago to order some contact lenses from them) HOWEVER… this year I went back to them to get a new set of contacts it was a horrendous experience. The sales associates were pushing me to get new eye glasses even though I went in to purchase new contacts. They offered to test the prescription on my current glasses(which were adjusted very recently) and then tells me that its the wrong prescription for my eyes and went on putting me down for new lenses for my glasses on top of my contacts. Skeptical of this I went back to my optometrist to test both my eyes and glasses and found out that they either lied or tested wrong, my glasses had the right prescription. So I went in asking for a refund as they falsely examined my glasses lenses. The whole process took well over a month with multiple trips back and forth. The sales associates were extremely unorganized and could not process a simple refund properly several times even after we spoke to the manager. Overall, this place is terrible with extremely poor customer service, do not come here to get your glasses or contacts.

Went in to get a set of contacts because they had a promotion going on we chose this store. I got my eyes checked and then paid full price upfront because we understood that we would be receiving our full year order in a week. A week later I get no call from them so I decide to call in and they said the order hadn’t come in yet. We were supposed to receive a trail pair to begin with but that hadn’t come in yet either. So two weeks later after paying upfront the full amount we are already not happy because they had not bothered to let us to call us to tell us it would take another week. On top of that we did not receive our trial pair either. Then we get a call saying the order has come in so we go in and pick it up. They were defensive about how they couldn’t control how long the order would arrive, which we understood. Having paid upfront full amount of money we expected a phone call saying the order would be late. The lady did not understand and kept getting defensive. Wow. I go home they are not comfortable so we have to go back. At this point we dreaded going back knowing the service we were going to receive. Turns out They didn’t take refunds, for some reason, so we decided to get another brand which would entitle us to $ 90 in refund because of price difference. Majority of the time dealing with the reps, they seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing and had to consult with each other for simple questions and kept us waiting. We get a call we go in to pick it up. Only HALF the order came in. We were already very irritated with this company at this point. They had the balls to tell us we have a $ 90 store credit instead of the refund were promised. They started to get defensive about how they couldn’t control what was happening and were NOT very professional about the whole situation. They tried to get us to wait MORE for the other half of the order because a refund was against store policy. My sister and I were getting really annoyed at this point. As customers we were not not being catered to. After 45 minutes of back and forth and them trying to get us to wait for the other half of the order, they FINALLY decided they could refund us half the order and let us leave with the half order that was there. I don’t think I’ve been so frustrated as a customer. Never ever going back to this place. Don’t recommend it. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

110% definitely the worst experience I’ve ever encountered purchasing eyewear. They were proficient at placing an order & talking me into buying a more expensive brand for contacts. However, it took them more than a month to actually give me my product! I called in several times & due to the fact that I did not have my receipt on me for the order # they were ‘unable’ to track my order. I went in to the store after the first call(a week later), went through their book of orders, & showed them my order. They then assured me it would be there within the next week or two. Two weeks later I called again and they told me they’d call me back after I left my name and phone number with them. I called back a day later since they did not contact me. They told me to leave my name and phone number again. The next day I went to the store in person. Apparently they recorded my name wrong in their database & after some pretty tough conversations they assured me they’d call me as soon as possible. A week later I received my contacts. Overall, the employees here do not care about what happens after the order has been placed. I honestly believe they did not place my order until I went back to the store in person the second time and literally almost had a showdown with them. Save yourself a headache and go to somewhere a little more legitimate. P. S. I am usually not so hardcore on my purchases as I do believe that they do take time to come in but these are contacts I desperately needed for school. & a month is a month too long to wait for something like this.

I am giving this place ZERO stars. The customer service here is TERRIBLE! I have been a customer of the Optical Centre(in Pacific Mall) for over 10 years, and recently they started going downhill in terms of quality, so I have been looking for another location to make my purchase of lenswear(prescription glasses and sunglasses). I walked into Fuji, inquiring about their merchandise, and whether or not they can ship glasses overseas if it is not ready within a week. Like 3 sales representatives stared at us blank faced, and didn’t say a word. I asked them again, since we are U.S. residents, if they would be able to do this. They answered with one word: yes. I then asked them what type of lenses do they carry. They responded by saying ‚“good ones”. Then I said well I use only Nikon 5 quality lenses(which by the way are the MOSTEXPENSIVELENSES in the MARKET today — at about $ 350 for a pair of lenses, not including the frames). They were shocked, and the owner of the store immediately asked us which part of the U.S. country we are from. Why are your sales reps so rude? Why are you questioning where we are from? Why can you not answer by saying more about the services you provide? We are shopping around for a new eyeglasses store to do business, and it seems as though they are not willing to work with us, and unable to meet our requirements. I WILLNOTBEGOINGBACKTOTHISLOCATION.
