National Mattress Outlet

I was recently in the market for a new mattress and box spring and after visiting a few retailers found myself at National Mattress in Milton. The barebones warehouse style location is large and displays plenty of mattress options. The sales staff were extremely knowledgeable and patient while I decided between 2 different mattresses. Upon making my decision I was pleasantly surprised that my new mattress would be delivered next day and was promised a delivery time of between 5pm to 8pm. On the date of delivery 8pm came and went with no call or communication from National Mattress, at 8:30pm and again at 9:30pm I received a phone call saying they were delayed and would be there shortly. The delivery truck finally rolled down my street at 10:30pm, the install was quick and the delivery guys in and out within 15 minutes. I’ve been happy with the mattress itself but would insist on an earlier delivery time around.
I would suggest National Mattress to those looking for a new mattress. Although those with smaller children I would insist on a earlier delivery time to avoid a late delivery time due to unexpected delays.
