Our marshmallows are the most delectable little bites of perfection. Made in small batches with quality ingredients and attention to detail.

Handcrafted, coloured and flavoured naturally with fruit, homemade sauces, spices and liqueurs. Sold in the retail market in packages of 8 they are also available by special order for party favours and corporate gifting.

History

Established in 2009.

Born out of a desire to share baking made with skill and great ingredients The Pink Spatula began by creating miniature sweets in the kitchen of a local tea house and has expanded to include classes & handcrafted marshmallows. We are based in Mission, BC.

Passionate about baking since I was a little girl, it was only natural that at some point in life I would have a baking based business. I love the difference that quality, natural ingredients make to the end product. The smiles when people indulge make it all worth the effort and it’s a privilege to be able to share my passion by teaching others.
