The worst customer service ever will gladly take your money and if you ask about warranty will say you have 6 months but yet when you try to send products back they find any excuse not to honor there warranty agreement. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE DISHONEST PEOPLE AND DONT HAVE THE INTEGRITY TO STAND BEHIND WHAT THEY SELL. I’m out over $ 1700 for products iv bought with the Assurance from them that if I send back the products I bought I’ll receive warranty replacement or credit I didn’t receive either. Tried calling more than once to try to resolve was promised call backs tried emailing as well nothing don’t go here.

Not only are the quality of the parts dubious, but returning defective parts is nothing short of a nightmare. I was yelled at by the OWNER of the company twice.
First time being accused of sending the defects to a post office and not his business address.
Ridiculous, since I sent it to the address clearly marked on their own RMA form!
Second time, when my parts were refused because I was told they were not his, even though there was a gold sticker that had «Cats Link» on each refused piece.
There are many other companies out there who provide superior parts and treat customers with respect and dignity. Caveat Emptor people…

They are a great supplier if you like the lowest quality screens around and returning parts over and over. Spend the extra money and go somewhere else.

I took my phone in for a cracked screen repair because they charged less than places in Toronto and could see me right away.
Big mistake.
They «fixed» my phone to leave it worse off than before. The battery would drain fully in a matter of hours, I couldn’t answer calls without various buttons being pushed (eg mute, FaceTime, etc.) or the call being dropped altogether, and the «fixed» screen only lasted one week before cracking again.
I went back and the owner didn’t help at all. He told me first it’d be full price to fix it again. After some more talking, where he told me he was only making $ 5 profit on each screen because of USD-​CAD conversion rated, shipping/​handling and labour, he dropped the price to $ 70. That would make it $ 200 for a screen that should have been fixed the first time.
I told him this was unacceptable, especially the part where he repeatedly accused me of dropping my phone that caused it to crack again, so his response was to leave.
Yup, he just left the store and that was it. It was such a horrible experience in terms of customer service and service delivered, and I hope nobody has to be cheated by them like I was. How his place still stays in business is beyond me.
