Just following up on our previous review. So the screen repair from my last visit wasn’t done correctly, my phone’s mic is not working so unfortunately I had to go back to them today. Wow what a horrible experience I had. They read our review and not only were they rude, they were hostile. First they asked me to take the review down or else they won’t fix my phone, I said why would I do that? I only shared my experience and it had no word of a lie.
The funny thing is that they even tried to bribe me and said they’ll compensate me if I take my review down. When I didn’t budge, this tall guy started yelling at me in front of other customers and asked me to get out of his store, he even said go get your phone fixed elsewhere! (unbelievable)
I asked him is that how you treat your customers? I was very respectful, I didn’t swear, steal or did anything wrong but I got kicked out of the store just because I posted an honest review and didn’t take it down despite their bribery offer. Now I have to get my phone fixed from someone else. What a waste of money and time :(
Very unprofessional, dishonest and rude people. I’m pretty sure they wrote their own good reviews.

PS (It’ll be very interesting to see their rebuttal for this review because I wana know how can they kick a respectable customer out of their store)

Went in for a screen replacement for a Google Nexus 5. Called ahead to get a quote. Went in to get it repaired, and 30 minutes later it was all done for the price quoted. Looks like a brand new phone and works great. Excellent experience!

STAY AWAY — this is a joke of a company and when you have an issue with your ‘repaired’ device they will leave you high and dry. Shoddy work!

BUYER BEWARE!
I recently purchased an unlocked Samsung Galaxy S4 from them only to find that it was a completely fake phone. They mentioned in their Kijiji ad that it was AUTHENTIC and brand new.
Signs that it was counterfeit:
–Battery looked used and was scratched, said the cell was made in China instead of Korea. Also had random Chinese characters on it
–Even though I was told it was brand new, the phone was not in original packaging/​sealed (the charger and other parts were brought from the back of the store)
–TMobile logo appeared after turning on the phone
–Phone was a dark blue colour. This colour is not offered by Samsung. After the incident, I purchased this phone from an official retailer and the staff told me it was never released in that colour
–The warranty lasted only three months which is strange for a new phone
I was also interested in purchasing a pair of Apple EarPods and they offered me ones with world flag designs. After researching online I found that these were never offered by Apple. ANOTHER fake product.
The shop associates were extremely unprofessional and rude. They were upset when I wanted to return my product and said I was wasting their time.
Buyers should be aware they may be getting a refurbished or phony phone. Thankfully, I received my refund. I definitely won’t be going back or recommending this place to anyone.

Very unhappy. Wife took in an iPad and a MacBook Pro for glass replacement for both and a new battery for MacBook Pro.
Got the iPad back first and it was charged overnight. The next day when it uses for the first time it would not boot even though it wasn’t working before screen replacement. Their reply was must be water damage. The iPad was working before they touched it but they would not offer any money back from the 90 that was spent to replace the screen and make it a pretty paperweight.
Then the MacBook Pro was gone for over a month. It came back today with screen replaced and now it won’t boot up period. $ 125 later and another paperweight. $ 215 spent and now we have to useless devices.
Will not bring anything else to them. I would rather have cracked screen and a device that works then have the screen replaced and the device destroyed.

I Got my iphone repaired at this place in Mississauga called Space Electronics They fixed it within 30 mins. Amazing service and the rest of the staff there was very professional and knowledgeable and knew what they were talking about. I have gone to other places where they didn’t seem to know any answers to my questions ! if you want your phone done right and proper I recommend these guys! Great Job and thanks again guys.
