MAC Cosmetics

I love MAC cosmetics and buy there products frequently. The products are amazing but the customer service at this location is horrible. The women working there never greet customers and don’t offer to help you. If you do ask for help they’ll say ‘okay I’m helping another customer ’ and never return. They’re not polite, they don’t offer advice or friendly service. I have had such bad experiences here Id rather just walk down to the bay, the employees at the MAC counter there atleast try to be semi friendly. There’s one employee here who is actually awful — I avoid the store because of her. I went in to buy a concealer and she mocked the colour I had selected and then chastised me for using my Mac student discount card, saying if I use it too much Mac headquarters will revoke it. What?! I had never heard that before and I had only used the card once before that. Ugh avoid this location

Very disappointed. My daughter got a 25 dollars gift card that she went to use the very next day. She bought something and paid a couple of dollars on top for the difference. Being boxing day, it was crazy busy and we were quickly handed a bag of purchase and the lady invited the next customer in line. We walked out. At home, my daughter found the product defective and no receipt in the bag. We went there back today for the store manager stephenie to tell us that she apologies for the receipt not being put in the bag but there store policy does not let her give us an exchange unless she has a receipt. We were handed a customer service number and asked to call them. Shittest customer service ever that i have seen. Well at least now we know where not to shop

I honestly LOVE their products, however the square one location is by far the worst at customer service. I always go on knowing exactly what I want, and I’m not there just to look around, but the employees still completely disregard your existence. They don’t greet you as you walk in, or even smile, which is the BASIC rule of customer service. Instead, they stare you down without even saying hi, as if you’re about to steal something. I’ve been going to this location for over six years since it’s the closest to my house, but nothing has changed. When you need someone to get you something from the drawers, there is no one in sight trying to help, and even once you ask them for help they say «okay» and never show up. I’ve act silly stood there for over twenty minutes just to get a product out of the drawer. What’s the point of opening a store when you have horrible customer service? I rather online shop then go to this location. Last time I was in and was buying concealer, I asked for a sample for another product that I was almost 100% on buying, but the girl said they had no sample containers. Are you joking? You’re a high traffic store with no sample containers? Please don’t waste your time at this location and buy online or go to Sephora. Sephora is always friendly, ready to help, and the best with samples of products you’re thinking of buying.

I absolutely positively LOVE coming here to buy my make-​up. A little bit more than Sephora to be honest. Five stars worth!
Whenever you come here the artists here are so nice and helpful, they will help you solve through any make-​up dilemma. And what i love is that they truly give you their honest opinion and are very patient with their customers. Noo i dont work for MAC (i wish) but their make-​up is so nice when you put it on that you have no choice but to stick to MAC. When i come here i always get my basic stuff for my face that i always use, i even know where it is and which exact drawer its in! Haha no help from any staff, but i always appreciate their input when i need it. So i get what i need and go, and if i have enough time i’ll try on a bunch of blushes and lipsticks and most likely end up buying them. They even do make-​up applications here and iv heard they give you the mascara to keep.
I honestly have tried on many different types of make-​up brands. From cheap brands at shoppers drug mart to expensive high end brands. And this is one of the only brands i swear by. The price is alittle bit more than your typical pharmacy brand but it is soo worth it.
