the cretin working in this location yesterday absolutely refused to help us with the flat tire we had on the car we had rented from the avis in boston. thankfully the avis staff at the montreal airport was able to give us a new tire but this happened late in the day, aka the time we had originally intended to be home, not leaving montreal. not only did we lose our last day but we had to tack on an additional day of travel time in bad weather and lose time from our jobs. i don’t know the name of the inbred lazy jerk who was working yesterday but he is a pimple on avis’ ass.

Horrible. Wednesday hotel concierge reserved car for Saturday morning pickup. Came here at 1030 waited an hour before service then was told car was coming from airport and it would be 45 min to hour wait for car to arrive. So we went to get lunch, and hour and half later we are still waiting for a car! We were suppose to pick up car at 10, it is now 13:25!!! Never again Avis. Horrible waste of a day when I could’ve gone sightseeing or shopping and we are leaving tomorrow!!! I am going to cry

Absolutely terrible. The absolute worst car rental I have ever seen, anywhere in the world. Never ever come here. Clueless, rude people, bad services.

Avis car rentals obviously became my favorite. I cannot be sure they will be the cheapest of all, but always you will be provided with the detailed information before you come to take the car and — normally– a discount when you call them, staff is always polite and quite straight in explaining the conditions.
And cars — It happens that i normally took those «full-​size» and once a duschy Dodge Challenger — they are normaly almost absolutely new. The most recent car I took — the challenger had something about 1350 km on odometer.
They are easy with return — we were once late with the return, should return the car in the middle of the day — called them and heard «if you come today we will not charge you anything». It‘s a pleasure to contact with them. Flexible conditions if you have any issue with paying on site with a credit card — they will really easily reserve you everything and provide with a discount when you call them. Normally, I tend to enjoy dealing witn Avis. I used different locations in Montréal.
