the Owners always look pissed they picked such an awful career choice. I seriously wish they became whatever they tried to be because at least there’d be a different franchise owner that actually cared here. I’ll never come by and by the looks of it (always empty) nobody else is either.

Owners (husband and wife) are rude and usually very rude to their employees especially during busy hours. Employees are doing their best and work hard. The owners never show their appreciation. They do not have good customer service.
