not very helpful, just wanted me to leave the phone for 4 to 6 weeks and an $ 80 deposit along with it(which may or may not be refunded to me depending on what the repair tech says, the phone is only 3 months old) drove out there because the telephone tech support said it was their repair depot… NOT. they just send it out to samsung. save yourself the trouble drive out to richmond and take it to the samsung repair depot yourself… much better service and faster!!! they didn’t ask for a deposit and will ship it back to me free when it’s done, I could have waited an hour for it and taken it home right then.

This is one of the few Wind Stores you can go to to get your phone sent out to be serviced. I’ve only been there on the weekends and experienced the same two staff so I don’t know if this will reflect all of the staff that work there… but I will avoid this Wind Store from now on. The guys at this store will get what you want done… just barely. They don’t really care about your phone problems though and it really shows. They are there to do the bare minimum and thats all. The guy that helped me did not provide me with any information. When I went to drop my phone off… I had to ask about how much I would have to pay or how long it would take. When I picked up my phone, he didn’t give me any information at all about the phone or how it got fixed. All my questions were returned with textbook avoidance answers. It seemed like he wasn’t even listening to what I was saying or even cared about my concerns. The guys at this store will get what you need done but thats about it and only if its something easy. Do not expect them to go above and beyond for you. Also, if you have any issues with your phone that requires them to care and listen to you… GOODLUCK. I eventually found out what was wrong with my phone(after receiving it back from getting serviced) from the very helpful Wind Representative that works at Tinseltown and an repair guy at Crystal Mall. Both of whom, did not receive any money or business from me… they were just willing to listen and try to help me. Seems so simple!
