The food was meh at best. Nothing special. It was way overpriced which explains why it was empty
$ 15 bucks for a Caesar cocktail
$ 19 bucks for a cheeseburger
$ 30 for pasta with shrimp and chicken
$ 40+ for steak
The appetizers are almost as expensive as the main courses. Left feeling taken advantage of and hungry as the portions were small.

Very good service. The atmosphere was great. The food was excellent. I was very impressed!

TGI Fridays has traditionally been slow with the service. This definitely is one of the places that are the worst. We (party of 5, 4 adults, 1 child) were seating right away and requested outdoor seating. The waitress did come and get our drinks right away but that was the fastest thing that came out. As soon as she took drink orders, I ordered spinach artichoke dip. I never saw this order come out. When we ordered our food, it took awhile for it to come out.
I would say that it was busy but the restaurant was barely half full. Once the food came out. We requested ranch (which was part of the original order) instead of blue cheese. The ranch took another 10 or so minutes to come out. We had to ask for ranch twice. By the time the ranch came out, we were almost done with our wings. Also, they did a poor job or coming to refill drinks and check on us. Once again I was thoroughly disappointed in the service at TGI Fridays

Steak. FOREGT ABOUT IT. Outback is one block away. go there. Neve a bad steak at Outback. Rice was cold. veggies under cooked.

This place is disgusting and way over priced. looks like they popped it into the microwave and served us.
$ 30 for shrimp pasta, with minimal shrimp and $ 20 something for greasy shrimp and fries. Will not be going back. Such a disapointment.

How do I give this place zero stars? Honestly, it’s so bad I’ll never go into a TGI Fridays in the states again. They should be embarrassed as a company. The picture I’ve taken is their nachos and guac and its was 11.00 US (and paying in US currency only gives you 80 cents on the dollar).

Since we were staying at embassy, we had $ 20 off we couldn’t let it go to waste. We decided to have some appetizers to end our evening.
We started with some long island ice teas, note that $ 20 is only good for food. We both ordered an appetizer. I ordered the chicken quesadilla it came with sour cream, guacamole and pico de gallo (not sure if that’s correct spelling) lettuce tomatoes and peppers. They were really good and i used all the fixings. My husband ordered sesame chicken bites. There was a lot and seasoned perfect. It also with extra jack daniels sauce. You really didn’t need it.
Service was all right since we sat in the bar. Didn’t expect much. Had to ask for refills on our drinks. Waiter wasn’t very attentive. Just there to get our order and deliver it.
Would come back cause the food was great!!!

We just waited twenty minutes in this nearly empty restaurant and no one waited on us. After ten minutes we were told our server would be with us. He/​she never showed up, so we left.

We loved this place! Again, we stayed at the Embassy Suites so we got a $ 20 coupon. Our server was AMAZING!!! We loved her!!! We ordered 3 apps and I had a strawberry daq.
When I tried it I thought it was a virgin, that’s how well it was made! So I asked our server if it was and I swear, word for word she said, «no! Omg let me grab you a shot!» And ran to the bar. How cool is that? A free shot! I couldn’t thank her enough! Her service was fast and she was so sweet! Cute little blonde. We talked to her about traveling for about 10 minutes after our meal. Her and her boyfriend are going to Scotland and Spain and we chatted about that for awhile. (I forgot her name!!)She is amazing and I’m so glad we sat in her section. She’s the main reason I’m giving this Unilocal 5 stars. Customer service is everything, and she has it down! Food was really good as well, but she made the experience unforgettable!

Went there on Sunday evening with kids. We ordered appetizers and beers. Fast and friendly service. We asked the bartender to please turn on Pens/​Caps game and he did. We hogged a premium table in the bar area for the entire game and the staff watched along with us.
Wings were awesome, so was the rest of the food. We were prepared for horrible food but had a blast.

Absolutely THE worst TGIFRIDAYS I have ever been to in my life. (And trust me I’ve been to many across the US and in the Caribbean)
The only thing I liked about this place was the parking.
First of all, they got the ordde WRONG… and Food was undercooked, too spicy and tasteless… and the service… well…the parking lot attendants seemed happier.
I recommend you keep driving… I’d jump off the falls before I go back to this awful place.
Oh …and to top it off, it’s way over priced. I wouldn’t mind paying… but get your act together

$ 160 for 4 cocktails, 1 starter and 2 mains. The starter was ok, guac was pretty good. Burger was dry, chicken bites over sauced and greasy. Service was friendly enough but they basically don’t care. This chain has gone massively downhill.

We had a fantastic meal at TGIFridays last night. Our expectations were honestly not too high after all the other reviews, but we had a great time with really wonderful service.
We were seated right away at a high top table even though it was a packed Saturday night. (We were offered a booth if we wanted but there was a wait.) Our waitress came over right away to take our drink orders and checked back on us often to make sure we were having a great time and enjoying our food. She was extremely personal and was very attentive even though we could tell she was managing many tables.
Our food came out hot and relatively quickly for a busy Saturday night. I had the Cajun Shrimp and chicken pasta and my boyfriend had a steak. We both really enjoyed our meals and he said his steak was cooked perfectly. (Obviously not a steakhouse steak, but perfect for a chain restaurant!) His only qualm was that there were cheese on his mashed potatoes (it doesn’t specify on the menu) and he doesn’t like cheese. But (a manager?) came right up and changed out the mashed potatoes for French fries really quickly.
As previous reviewers mentioned, the prices are much higher than typical TGIFridays, but you are paying for location and hotel fees. (My pasta was $ 19 vs $ 13 at home in Ohio.) We counteracted this by buying a $ 25 for $ 40 groupon before we got to the restaurant.
Overall we had a nice time and I believe we would definitely go back if we were in the area again!

This is definitely not the TGI Fridays that I’m used to!
Food here is awful, honestly, I probably could have eaten better out of a dumpster. My little sisters’ chicken fingers ($ 12) and the hamburger my aunt got ($ 16) looked and smelled like they were cooked yesterday. They were rubbery and hard and cold.
The waitress spent more time talking with the other waitresses and talking on her phone than she did at our table, with only 3 more tables in the house at the time.
Extremely disappointing and OVERPRICED.
The only food that was actually good, and probably fresh, were the fries that came with the meals; they were actually hot, and seasoned. Go figure, the cheapest thing to produce is the best prepared and tasted the best.
DO NOT GO HERE.

Great service with our waiter. One has got to try anything with that Jack Daniels sauce when there. I had the burger and it was total YUM!!!

I had the $ 20 voucher from Best Western hotel so I figured why not. Me and my sis had the jack daniel burger which was really good, perfectly seasoned and cook, though I wish they had added more bacon. I loved the fries they were crispy and season really good too (a nice change from the typical American TGI Friday restaurants)
Only issue is the prices are waay too jacked up. $ 44 for two burgers and we didn’t even order any drinks besides water. Maybe I just didn’t calculate the money well. Sad

A group of us ended up at TGIF for some food while we were visiting yesterday. When we walked in we immediately noticed that it was very smokey inside from food. The fans doesn’t seem like it’s really helping to ventilate. We were quickly seated but had to wait a while to get our drinks and place our food orders. Our server never came until we asked someone to help us out.
Most of us ordered appetizers and drinks. Once we placed our orders it didn’t take very long for everything to come out. The food was mediocre at best. My friend and I shared the Jack Daniels shared platter and it wasn’t that great. The boneless wings were too sweet to my liking, the shrimp batter and ribs were boring. No one had any positive thoughts on their food.
FYI, they charge a TIF tax which is the Niagara tourist tax.

Came here because it is right next to my hotel and we were starving after swimming in the pool. I always loved TGI Fridays in NY, but this one is beyond terrible. I ordered the spinach dip, but the dip was hard. I couldn’t even scoop it up with the chips without the chips breaking. I think they had a whole bowl of dip premade, but they didn’t bother reheating it. The chips were freshly made, as should all the food. The pasta wasn’t flavorful either. This me was a huge disappointment!

This would be 0 stars if it could be as my experience was so poor we didn’t even get to the part where we could order food! The first sign should have been how empty the restaurant was during lunch hour
We waited 5 minutes at the front while two servers were chatting away at the bar area. They even looked in our direction and noticed us. Eventually one of them finally decided to grab menus and seat us.
We were seated and then there was no follow up at all. We waited a good 10 minutes and still no one came. We didn’t even get served drinks! At this point we gave up and decided to look for another restaurant.

Localidad es bastante conveniente ya q esta dentro del mismo hotel (embassy) la comida no es la cosa del otro mundo pero nones mala. El servicio fue muy bueno y rapido.
