Key 13 was founded as an alternative to the traditional, deficit-based consulting methodologies that dominate organizational environments. Believing that organizations (and their people) are not «problems to be solved», but instead, «wonders to behold», we approach organizational effectiveness and change management in entirely different, energizing ways.

Established in 2013.
Key 13 was founded on the belief that organizations are places where people can achieve incredible things, while making meaningful contributions towards a greater good.
Organizations and people are not «problems» that need to be «fixed». Even when we do fix some of these issues, they have a habit of reappearing shortly thereafter. Thankfully, there is a better way.
Having worked with Fortune 500 companies, crown corporations and government agencies, I’ve both studied and experienced the pains that sometimes comes with complex human systems. I’ve also seen the magic that results when a group of people are empowered to put their strengths to work.
