Jeff gets 5 stars for his healthy and good for the earth soap section of his store. The best selection of Seventh Generation soap and cleaning products in North Vancouver. And for a small organic market this really tells you something about the owner. He cares about the planet!!! I always enjoy talking with Jeff about these products and just how important it is that we all use natural bio degradable soaps and cleaning products. Unless of course, you like your fish tasting like mercury :)
p. s. try experimenting with just how little you need to clean your clothes, it all goes in the ocean.

Specialty foods store in the newest part of Lynn Valley Village (
) –with a tight focus on local and organic foods. A lot of high quality products plucked from the abundance of BC’s best and I really like the selection.
I’m in about once a week now to grab a healthy snack or a few items for my gluten free meals. There’s also quite a nice local bakery section of fresh breads and pastries for wheat eaters and a good selection of locally roasted coffees. They have some specialty baking ingredients and a fair amount of gluten free products that are well marked with a wheat-​free sign. They carry Udi’s gluten free bread made from Teff flour which is much better than rice flour. This bread when toasted is a great substitute.
Many of these high quality products are priced quite fairly and the shelves are marked well with some good deals. I’m liking this shop more and more, it’s like a little oasis!
