Tip Top Dry Cleaners

Less than 1 star. Dropped off my blazer for cleaning and it came back ripped. I noticed as soon as I got home and brought right back. The owner admitted fault and offered to try to fix it at a later date. I couldn’t wait and asked to be refunded so I could take it somewhere else and the owner refused and told me to wear it as it is, broken until I had more time to come back. Terrible business practices. I would not come back here for anything, stay away!

In the past I have always used this place and been happy with everything. Recently I took a few pairs of very expensive brand name jeans here to have fixed up. One black pair needed a rip repaired, one light blue jean needed a rip repair, and one pair needed a new zipper. Needless to say I could have had an 8^th grader in home ec class do a better job. My black jeans were fixed, badly but I could live with it. My light blue jeans… well they are apparently too lazy to change the tread because the black thread from my black jeans was used to basically scribble over the rip multiple times back and forth over the rip with no care; they look horrendous. 3^rd and finally, I needed a simple zipper replacement; well what I got back could rival an asian teenage girls key chain. The zipper looks fine but the pull they decided to use is about an inch long and looks like it belongs on a set of keys rather than a regular small zipper pull tag. My $ 250 jeans now look like cheap knock off jeans thanks to this key chain sized zipper pull.
I will never go back to this place, other to complain. I will never again recommend anyone to go here. Being a long time Lynn Valley resident it sucks to bash a local store but the way they have altered my clothes is incredibly upsetting.
